  6. Only if i decided to include Croatian LOV (Light Armoured Vehicle, Cro abb.) RT-20 isn't used by Croatian MPs as a stand-alone weapon, but LOV-IZV (reconnaissance variant of LOV) is armed with it. Here's the link: LOV and here are a few pics:
  7. More good news on mod's development and progress; I've just received BjB's permission to use one of his CO2 characters for Canadian operative that will have to be unlocked as a specialist. I haven't yet decided which one to use (having trouble deciding between a boonie hat character and a helmet character), but Canadian operative's wepon is all finished:
  8. This is one of the cases when a good review has made me d/l the mod. If you are looking for a hi-quality wep mod, small in size, this mod is your choice. I guess it must be tramendous fun in MP (haven't had the pleasure yet)..so far I'm having fun with it playing SP missions. Interesting new reticules, great new sounds and excelent models
  9. Ahhhhh...memories... Still, I believe, in all fairness, Gwex has been overly generous with his rating of the mod. Weapons are my early work and can hardly compare with what I can do now. On a scale 1-10, I'd rate them 6, tops. (more like 5) Skins are a bit better, so 6-7, and that's a strech. But it was my first step into GR modding and it's nice to see it's still alive and kicking... And yes, Mission:Afghanistan will be a sort of a sequel to Croatian Army mod, taking place in desert environment, so in a way I'll keep my promise to make a desert Cro Army conversion.

  12. No, it hasn't been dropped...completely. It's just that the progress is slowed down to a crawl. Still, here's a little something to prove the mod (still) isn't dead; One of my all-time favorite operatives, Dieter Munz, is also featuring in my mod, as a German contingent operative you'll have to unlock as a specialist. However, I got tired of his ol' MG3 and wanted to give him something more sofisticated, yet still something that will fit his Arnie style. So here it is, a new Dieter's toy;
  13. Sorry, I didn't realise anyone was missing me... Seriously though, I owe you guys an explanation of my sudden disapearance from the modding scene. As some of you know (those who know me a bit better), I'm studying along the work, and I have this BIG exam coming up early september. I'm devoting all my free time and energy to studying for that big MF. The little free time I have left, I'm fixing my old bike and getting it ready for next season. All modding is on hold till my life returns to normal...once this exam is out of the way, I'll reconsider modding again and try to finish all pending projects.
  14. I didn't want to re-invent the wheel for this mod, so I decided to go with operatives we all know and love... Remember Nigel Tunney? A Brit with moustaches..? Well, he's featuring in my mod...but this time in full desert camo; that half-and-half thing never agreed with me; And he also has the new L85A1;
  15. Excelent chr, mate! That boonie hat is much more like the real thing now...the whole chr now has that "new character" look as opose to just re-textured IT character look... Funny how one tiny detail like that can change the perception of the whole thing....

It is time for me to show you the basic character featuring in the mod; Croatian Military Policemen; The texture is still very beta; namely the back side of the web gear is unfinished, and a layer of dust has to be applied over the boots and the web gear. The character is based on this; Next, I'll start showing other nation's operatives featuring in the mod and their equipment.

  19. For a while now I've been working on a sort of a sequel to my not so popular or known Croatian Army mod. This time, I decided to go with something more up to date and based my mod on Croatian military police operating (with other nation's operatives) in Kabul. The mod will most likely be scripted on DS and some retextured maps, and will feature new characters, new weapons, possibly new vehicles and off course a new mini campaign. Here is an example of what I've done so far (more to come); PS: if there's no interest in this mod, I'll abort the project.
  20. LMAO, it looks like the table has turned... Seriously, I thought you need the RPG-7 for enemy troops... As for one of your AT weapons...it depends on one of my current modding projects going on or being caneled. If I decide to go on with it, then yes, I could use your AT-4. I would prefere, though, if those instructions are in English, and if the weapon is equipped with optical sight. Now, I can make the sight I want and send the max. file to you so you can merge it with the AT-4 model..I believe it's more acceptable for you then me asking you for your weapon's max. file "so I could just do some TINY adjustments I need.." Will let you know, mate!
  21. you can make sounds with 3ds max? You must be a journalist...taking the line out of context like that. Read the whole sentence; it says max. offset- as in maximal offset. Something you set with IGOR.
  22. Nothing tricky about it...both the bayonet and the knife in Op.Stabilize mod have max. range set to 1.3m (that's actually the closest you can get to other character), are coded as silenced, and have almost unlimited amount of ammo. The bayonet is coded as an underbarrel weapon in combo with a rifle, whilst the knife is a standalone weapon coded as a pistol. The limited range requires the player to literally "stick" the weapon into the enemy character while pressing the fire button. Muzzle flash scale is set to so low that it's virtually invisible, and the sound is custom made with max. offset of only 2m.
