  1. Thanks. I am just waiting for some pics of the optic for the m-14 and then I'll post some updated pics. Here is a piece I put together recently:
  2. don't know where you heard that but all the Vets I ever heard talk about it loved it when the crap hit the fan.
  3. Hence the riding crop? All this time I thought it was for motivating the chow hall into giving you double portions.
  4. No that's not what I said. What I said is that a good player will take the straw and paper, study the the way the weapon performs, and adjust his style to put paper on target. Then I said that if two players that are exactly equally matched are going head to head, the advantage goes to which ever one is using the weapon with better stats.
  5. Speak for yourself. As I already said, some of us like a challenge and using the SA80 or the OICW does not provide one if you have been playing for awhile.
  6. Newsflash there high-speed, the japs did that with all their prisoners. Ever hear of Bataan?
  7. You play part of COD as a russian tank commander
  8. why don't you just make the movie a link in flash?
  9. My mistake I was thinking of your glamour shot
  10. LMAO!...i think I hear a rusty Crusader turning over it's engine somewhere.
  11. Except Lancer, who wore a leather aviator helmet, a white scarf, and carried a riding crop.
  12. Whoa there buddy, that's not necesssary. What did australia do?
  13. No suprise then that they like COD - the dev team is from MOHAA
  14. what's wrong with bright colors and pictures?
  15. No fire? NO FIRE?! What's the matter - is shooting a rifle against your beliefs? You miserable army puke, you will engage the target as it presents itself! this is a firing range not woodstock you hippie. Drop and give me 25- count em out!
  16. Everyone beat me to the fun stuff. As for the rest of your question, here is a general non-branch specific answer: SQUAD – Nine to 10 soldiers. PLATOON – 16 to 44 soldiers. COMPANY – 62 to 190 soldiers. An artillery unit of equivalent size is called a battery, and a comparable armored or air cavalry unit is called a troop. BATTALION – 300 to 1,000 soldiers. Four to six companies make up a battalion. An armored or air cavalry unit of equivalent size is called a squadron. BRIGADE – 3,000 to 5,000 soldiers. A brigade headquarters commands the tactical operations of two to five orga
  17. I believe you are right Lancer. VMI, there are exceptioms to the rule, and Sanders is one of them. We all heard about the calls over here.
  18. The M203 40mm round is armed by centrifugal force due to the spinning of the grenade as it exits the barrel. The distance to arm is 14-45 meters depending on what type of round we are talking about.
  19. That mod contains work stolen from many modders, quiet a few of who are members here. I doubt you'll find much support for it at this site.
  20. Japan failed to plan for the possibility that her allies would be taken out so rapidly, leaving her flanks wide open, her power greatly reduced and all allied resources coming down on her. Oh, and she underestimated the United States Marine Corps.

On a model that detailed, you might want to put the correct front sight on it - it's a "y" post like in the below drawing, not a blade. Looks good though!
  22. Interestingly enough this comes directly from the site you cited earlier oh wise expert. Get down off your pedestal, MS and I are both prior service and while I cannot speak for him I was passing on what I was briefed in on in '95 I am reading the article you provided and so far have found nothing to contradict Marine Sniper's statement.
