I disagree with SC. Here it's not a question "It's up to you". Modders that do NOT respect other works are not worthy to be part of GR.net. All the possible tentatives should be done to contact the authors. In case it's impossible a credit file MUST be included into the mod stating what has been taken.

Your mission has almost certainly a line like <BriefingCycleImage/> In absence of any declaration GR engine will decide to use the caves briefing cycle image. If you replace this line with <BriefingCycleImage>c04_brfg-box.rsb</BriefingCycleImage> you will have a different one. Now if you download for example Operation Stabilise mission 3 is based on the Hunting Lodge map with a custom briefing cycle image.

Both Cobaka and Callmehobbes free stuff have been added to the database. Thanks a lot guys!

This happens to all the maps that have been added only as MP/firefight/Defend/recon type. What you miss in your mission file (open it in notepad) is something like <BriefingCycleImage>c04_brfg-box.rsb</BriefingCycleImage> This has been taken by mission C04. You could use a different brfg-box (for example the one I listed above) or create a custom one.
