    Mission 11 is an Elite Recon Mission with no save game availability, sry! I want it that way. :P Sure you will find the way.

    I believe you are joking. Writing a mission with a purposly made CTD is something I can't believe. There are situation where a CTD is almost impossible to avoid (You might remember well the successfully work we all made for some missions in 8 days reloaded to solve it) but in those cases a warning should be posted in the readme and/or the briefing.

    In this case there is nothing so I expect a patch to cover this issue :thumbsup:

    Two days ago, after many months, I decided to reinstall GR :o under Windows (following a failed attempt to use it in Ubuntu) for a bit of fun.

    After few mins of gaming the PC froze. Well, I thought to myself, nothing strange, it's Windows, that's why I switched to Ubuntu :P

    I switch my laptop on again and...... nothing! :blink: No bios activity, the CD spins but nothing appears on the screen. Ok, I thought to myself, better to move on and do something else.

    I tried few hours after and the laptop booted up but with horrible stripes on screen, Ubuntu doesn't work and Windows only in safe mode.

    Ok, to make it shorter now I have Windows finally working with no video card. The vide card burnt, I can use the laptop to surf the web, to read the e-mails and few other things only since the refresh is horrible.

    The funny thing (Yes, I like to joke on on these caseS) is that the laptop is still under warranty but I'm in Nigeria and when I'll go back to Italy (april) the warranty will be expired :wall:

    Also with SP mission it might have probles. In fact say we have the player platoon made with composition 2+3+1. When loading the vehicle the engine will take the first 3 soldier meaning the entire A team and only 1 member of team B.

    When mission starts B will be separated and you can't apply proper AI path using the map command

    That specific Google page just searches Linux websites.

    Well, Google runs on thousands of computers running a custom modified version of Linux. But it looks like MS is doing a pretty good job too. Hey, I'm all for honest competition. :)

    I tried to install GR under wine and found few problems. I didn't try to play GR (I don't have the nocd crack and you can't overcome the copy protection) but igor, while running, is not definitely perfect. Anyone else tried?

    No Janie, I am sorry but there is no prize. Even if both Mig and I were available to contribute some money for the prize and shipment costs I couldn't find anyting. Sorry again! :(

    The HD is definitely dead, however I've backed up 1 week before the crash and the Jodit's Winter Collection could have maybe survived...

    i managed to recover all the mini-mods excepts Killabees's one. Please send it to me in such a way I can create a full pack and release it as free stuff mod.
