Well thats good to hear, as I already have photoshop, well PS 6 anyway, and i went out and bought a copy of 3Dstudio max last night Could I also bother you guys for some links to tutorials on mapping for GR? the few that I have found so far are rather crappy (no offence to the authors of those articles) anyway, thanks for the welcome. Glad to join the forums here hope to get to know all you guys in the future.

Hello all, this is my first visit to the GR forums, so forgive me if i'm asking a FAQ. I would like to know what tools are needed to create a map for GR. I read in the MOD section of the GR.net site that Which leads me to belive custom maps cannot be made for GR, but i have seen a few screenshots and read on the forums that this is not so. From what i can gather 3DStudio Max is used, but i want to be sure before i go out and buy a copy. I've designed levels for other Game engines and would love the opertunity to try out my skills designing a GR map. If anyone can shed any li
