Calm down guys

To everyone here at GR.Net, you guys have always been very helpful in helping me sort out my pc probs and this is always the fist place that i post whenever the Hp acts up, Thank You!!

The regulars that have helped me in the past with my pc probs have always presented me with a variety of ideas/possible solutions to every situation. and i think thats what happened in this thread and people read into the suggestions a little too deeply perhaps, and have let their replies be influenced by past/current bias and issues that they may have with the different posters.

Anyway, i raised a little hell today at the store after i got the usual run around thing and they have ordered the new Hp psu and will have it to me by tomorrow or Wednesday by 4pm at the latest, or I get and identical or newer Hp pc depending on the availability, and all the work and any other issues will be fully taken care of and will all be under Hp warranty.

Again, I would like to thank everyone here at GR.Net for all the help that they have given me with this and all my other PC probs that I have had in the past.

hello everyone,

today was a really crummy day. i was just using my pc, just like i do every day, surfing and watching a dvd when i smell something that smelled like burnt wiring and before you know it, my pc just shuts down and i haven't been able to get it to work since

i'm thinking that its probably the stupid psu...but i'm not too sure. so it looks like i'll be outta the loop for a while. i'm using our old AST 133mhz dinosaur to type this message and you would not believe how long it took for me to get to the site and to the forums.

Hello all,

I was just wondering if having two hard drives with different speeds (6500 and 7200) will mess up my pc.

The drive that I'm planning on getting is a Maxtor 30gb 7200 and the one that I have now is a Maxtor 40 gb 6500.

THe pc that I have now is an HP and it did not come with restore disks or the OS on a cd-rom, there was a partition on the hard drive that contained all that information and was used whenever I had to do a reformat. If I decide to just buy one 80 or 120 gb hard drive and remove my old one can I still transfer the contents of the partition (drivers, OS, etc) onto the new hard drive?

haven't heard about the search light helicopter

I found the police helipad in downtown as well as the chopper. How come the chopper does not have any searchlights or guns when I use it?? Also when I was flying around I managed to follow another police chopper and it had the searchlights going...where can i find that chopper?

Also a buddy of mine told me that there was an Apache helicopter at the military base, but when I fly over in the heli and land on the roof, all I do is get shot and killed, the main hangar is empty..is there an Apache?

With the ACOGs like JTF mentioned, it would be better if the colour matched the gun. And also the M203 on the SR25K seems lighter and bluish when compared to the rest of the gun.

I will probably be changing the sight to a Leupold CQ/T.
