GR is the most addictive thing on earth...smoking?...nah...could care less...booze....take it or leave it....but GR.....I could play all night and think nothing of it!!!!!

@magnumkp...thanks for the info.....god I hope its not 5 discs... ....I love getting new games, until I remember all the previous issues I have had with new games and getting the bugs worked out.....I might wait awhile till I get Commandos3....I wanna get some other stuff anyway...RS expansion and the expansion for MOHAA......

@Sixpence....Hey,love Operation: Restore Justice...it rocked ...I found one issue and I apologize if it has been mentioned elsewhere...I think its the park map, mission 13, the convoy never rolls....it just sits there "out of bounds"....the message came up saying it was on the move..but never did...thanks again for the great mod!!!!

...like anything, sometimes you need to just take a break. ...a good way to do this is to play a fsp like MOHAA, or Soldier of Fortune II,NOLF2,RTCW .... and just let your brain rest for a while. ..RvS is awesome. ..the graphics are out of this world...the weapons are great....I just skip all the planning and go right into the missions.....

....ENJOY IT!!!. ......sounds stupid I know ...and there is alot of pressure,no doubt about it...BUT.....make as many friends as possible,but never forget who your close friends are and stand by them....laugh as often as you can.....keep in mind that your future WITHOUT high school is right around the corner...give it some serious thought ........oh yeah...very critical...girls at this point are much more mature than the guys...keep that in mind when trying to hook up with someone .....

...my two cents... 1)-How hard would it be for Red Storm/UBI to release another expansion? Not hard. You can't tell me that they don't have TONS of maps/missions ect, sitting around that never made GR, DS or IT. It would take minimal expense and effort on their part to release expansion. I think it would sell well because GR2 is still a ways off and I would rather pick up a $20.00 expansion on a proven game than drop $50.00 on a new game that I know nothing about. 2)-I personally hate consoles .. the controls primarily .....just my opinion...if Red Storm/UBI wanna screw the pc market

....I was playing Red Dawn last night...I was working on the mission where you have to hold back the offensive...there's like 70 or 80 enemies that assualt your position on the bridge..anyway...I had two teams of three...a sniper, support and demo....as the assualt began, I had my two teams forward of the bridge position a little...gradually I got pushed back ....suddenly I found myself being flanked ....from enemies coming from the other side of the bridge and enemies coming up on my left thru the woods...as well as enemies directly hitting my position...it was ugly...my teams were getting

@SOTOphantm...weird...just curious...you mentioned you tried the drive in another pc and it showed up fine....was that OS also XP?...when I put my new drive in, I could not run defrag or scandisk...it kept saying that a disk utlility was running...there was nothing running in the background...then a couple days later, actually after I put in a new fan on the power supply, I tried to run defrag for laughs..and it worked as did scandisk (I run ME by the way).......weird... Things that work one day and then don't the next are the worst kind of problems...

@SOTOphantm and Stinger....thanks for setting me straight ...its all this weed I am smoking ..kidding ... Before I replaced my hard drive, I had several people tell me to be sure not to get the old/new drives mixed up...and that if I did I would in affect erase the existing data on the old drive...oh well....Now I know!!!

...I finally had to laugh out loud last night...I was playing the castle map from the New Cold War mod ....I went to throw a grenade in the window and one of my "friendly ai" ran right in front of me, just in time so that the grenade bounced off his head right back at me!!! ...being quick on my feet, I stepped back from the grenade...only to have the enemy soldier in the other window put a slug in my head!!! ....normally this would tick me off...but it was so funny the way he ran up right in front of me...I'll never forget the image of my grenade coming straight back at me...or the sick fee

an old saying my dad has always used..."if it ain't broke, don't fix it" ...trust me...if you have your pc running GR as well as you would like, man, I would not change a thing...
