  1. Where can I find the 3DSmax plugins? (Im still new at this, sorry.) I'd like to find the 3DS Max plugins that will allow me to make new maps, new weapons, and new characters, as well as open and edit existing ones. Is this all done through one plugin, or are there several? Thanks. -Paladin
  2. okay, allow me to rephrase the question....can anyone send me, or show me where I can find a good shotgun mod? A Benelli, or a Mossberg, or a Remington, or something? Thanks.
  3. Gentlemen, I could really use some help. Im making a mod for GR that focuses more on small combat-team (6 men each) that typically operate in an urban setting. For one of my missions Im having the player's team go in and rescue a VIP. As they get the VIP to the extraction point I have scripted 2 Humvees arriving with allies in them. The Allies disembark to secure the perimeter, and then Im trying to get everyone who came in the humvees AND the VIP to get back into the hummers and drive off. So far Ive only been able to get one person per vehicle back in the hummer. Any help/suggestions
  4. Okay, that makes sense, but what about skinning the heads? on the "ica_us_whatever_body.rsb" file that Im using would I just cut the section for the "helmet" out and leave a hole in the texture? or how would I need to modify that file? Thanks.
  5. Hi all! I know that SOMEONE out there has modded a 12 gauge shotgun by now. I was wondering if there was anyone who would be willing to share that wonderful weapon with me for use in a mod Im working on? If not, can someone please tell me where I can find the 3DS Max plugin file to convert 3D models into something the game can use? Thanks a lot. -Paladin
  6. Thales, Id like to try to do some of that type of stuff myself. Ive already made a few new skins with PS, but Ive got some questions.... 1. How do you make a character have a bald head? 2. How would you skin a character with a mohawk? 3. Is it possible to mod a Boonie Hat? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. -Paladin

  8. Greetings all! Ive got a stupid noob question...it has to do with modding/mapping buildings... How the HECK do I create a map with doors that need to be opened? Do I model these as part of the same group in 3DS Max, or are they grouped as individual items? And what kind of coding needs to go into IGOR to make them open-able? Anything else I might need to know about this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. -Paladin
