Snowfella made this for me The model is a combo of Jack Stone(chest), Guram(legs) and the IT Ghost (head). You can see them in my mod Desert Tigers http://www.fileplanet.com/files/130000/134042.shtml Its a merge of a couple of the standard characters, but maybe it can help you as a start.

Geez, I meant relatively speaking. Compared to the adjustable stock version. To paraphrase: "I wouldn't kick it out of the fox-hole"

The only other varient would be the fixed stock, but that isn't as cool looking. It might be a good choice for a sniper specialist though.
