  2. The topic says it all. The June 2004 Issue (239) Computer Gaming World Magazine has a one page preview of GR2. It's got some interesting shots. Looks like a Korean campaign in the works. They say vehicles are drivable.

  6. Thanks Monty. That'd require a new model. I think I'll let things sit as is for awhile, especially as there are other projects I'm involved with both mod and real life. Whoever those operators are, they use Blackhawk vests and pouches, and commercialy available Desert Tiger camo, which is not in Tigers, but may make it into one of the above mentioned other projects.

  14. Well Fileplanet has Tigers 2.5 available here: http://www.fileplanet.com/files/130000/138201.shtml This is the full version. 39mb. If you DL this version, delete version 2.0 first. I had a problem uploading the patch version. And I'm waiting to DL it from Fileplanet to make sure they're hosting the right version. Hopefully it is the right one. As soon as I confirm, I'll post the link.
  15. Honestly, I don't think its that much of a big deal. All the characters distort a bit when they move. It would be something if it wrapped around his head wrong, but I'll keep messing with it. I won't hold up the patch for it though. Monty's probably ready to bust a gut If anyone ever figures out how to add environements to GR beyond Wood, Desert and Jungle, I'll have a slew of urban skins ready
  16. Thai Special Forces. I did have to do some work on the "rifleman operative" skins, but I didn't look at that issue. I chalked it up to the movement of the character.
  17. As I understand it, if the CHR file just specifies the generic "head" then it will use what is defined in the ATR, but if its a specific head, it will ignore whats in the ATR. If that makes sense. I've started using skinner, and I've found its alot easier than using a hex editor like hackman (which is a good hex editor).
