What was your favorite load out from GRAW1?
Cell replied to FI_FlimFlam's topic in GR:AW 2 (PC) - General Discussion
When I played COOP I liked using: SCAR-L /SCOPE/GL or Hand Grip/Frags Depending on the Map M9 Silenced or M99 MP5 or No Secondary w/ Frags TDM usually went between M8 Frags or Gl's / SCAR-L Scoped -
This is the best thread ever...... Roo your last one was ..... Love the M99 explained too..... I'm glad more people are starting to get in on it.

ROCO.....ROO Bravo....Bravo!!!!

Roo, this was the only line of that post I was directing at you. I in no way was calling you a whiner, or assuming that this thread was a result of a complaint you personally had. My "you" is directed at the people who feel sour towards this issue. Now go make me a movie so I can laugh.

Agree to disagree? Hehe..... Cangaroo, please divert your attention to making another Bombay TV movie short. I could use a good laugh. As far as this topic goes.....Players have the right to spawn kill.........those spawn killed have the right to be ######.........and server admins set the rules. Some servers allow it...some allow it with no nades in spawn, and some don't allow it at all. Find what suits you, or start a server of your own and rule with an iron fist!!!!!

Great point sir.

This is exactly the type of attitude which really ticks me off I hate to burst your bubble, but trying to get average players on a public server to "fight their way out" doesn't work. If your team is being spawn raped with enemy players camped in extremely hard to hit positions, you have exactly a couple of seconds (if that) to react before they kill you. Sometimes I find I can't even switch to my hand grenade fast enough before I'm dead. You get two, three or four reasonably skilled players surrounding your spawn in hidden or hard to hit locations and shooting right into it and they will ra

There will always be spawn killing if: 1.You Play TDM with unlimited respawns....The only objective here is to out kill the other team...plain and simple. 2.The team getting spawn camped just sits in the spawn and takes it. 3. the team getting spawn raped decides to cry complain call names and not bust out. This is what your gl is for...use it. The fact that there is no clear objective except for "team with most kills wins" in TDM is the reason for spawn getting camped...that and map design, and I don't think map design is the true issue. Gametype.....we need other gametypes

ROFL....... Rocky....care for a rebuttal?

Here is something I posted about way back. Now that there is a 1 frag limit on kits and a 2 frag limit on gl, this would be sweet. Just something I'm throwing out there, lets see if anyone cares to pull it off. Suggestion: A gametype that was popular(at least on the MAC side, don't know about Windows) in GR1. Warzone We played this gametype on the Damn R6 ladder.DBL Details: To obtain control of the Warzone (marked by grey smoke) simply run through the central area (smoke) marked on your map. The smoke would then change to the color of the corresponding team. Very similar game

Dude...had that happen to me a few times on public servers, usually pretty full ones with infinite spawn. The infamous Yo-Yo nade. I think it is probably some sort of lag spike....you see the nade fly far far away...no explosion..then BOOOM!!! your dead. Have not had that happen on any server that is running smoothly. A few nights on the AFZ server my ping pinned out at 999 when I usually get between a 30-70 ping. When I got around that 999 I got the yo-yo nade and also I would unload on someone's head full auto, never see them drop, then approximately 5 seconds later I would hear " -
This in no way is a wise ass way of taking a dig at Grin...I happen to love GRAW2 and the support they provide to the community...this is however a cheap attempt at humor, and happens to work quite nicely, as I sit at my work computer with a S*&T eating grin on. GRAW2 1.0.3 Patch Released for "download"

...includes all the glitch reports I've collected... if I remembered to fix them all on Crashsite mainly. Also some other places you could get stuck in found by UBI (thank you), especially on The Cut. Another issue that is fixed and not listed is: ... on 5 of the 8 MP maps, which where set to dirt all over them. Excellent Wolfsong. The collision around objects is huge especially on Crashsite. The impact sounds is another great fix. Grass should be used for stealth to quiet down footsteps...instead of the always crunchy sounds of dirt. GJ
