A friend of mine just got GR:AW. We both are patched to 1.21. We can both run the game great in single-player.
Tonight we tried to play multiplayer, and my game runs great no matter what. However, his game lags like crazy (looks like about 5 FPS, and I don't even show up on his screen usually). Even directly connected to my PC with a network cable, his ping is 300+ and sometimes says 999. Even when he creates the server and I join, we get the same problem. If he plays single player, or makes a server but no one joins, then he runs smoothly.
