    Installation error

    Hi thanks for the great help.

    The installshield patch diden't work suprise suprise and it aint a fragmentation problem because I adhere to a script PC cleanup regime and I have already tried copying the files from the disk to the HDD which is a good idea but it diden't make any difference so that rules out the possibility of an optical drive error.

    The RAM seems to be the most likely culprit. I've long suspected my RAM to be dodgy with all the random BAD_POOL_HEADERS BSOD's I get.

    I tried replacing it with a spare stick but woulden't boot for some reason but I've left it in with the suspected faulty RAM which I dont like cos it brings my PC down to 133mhz instead of 200mhz.

    I'll tweak some BIOS settings and try to get the PC running on the spare RAM only but untill then any other possible fixes are more than welcome.

    EDIT: I got my PC to run on the spare RAM by changing the RAM settings in the BIOS to "auto". Tried installing GRAW again and still got the error.
