you are right i had no idea other mods were unzipped directly to my gr folder when this one didnt work like that i was confused i never have installed a program from a temp folder or did i know how to get to the temp folder im still learning the basics here i have another problem after installing the 1.4 patch lybia campaign still does not work it sends me back to windows desktop when i start the first mission or sometimes before i can finish picking my kits thanks for the reply AAL143

i downloaded ver 1.3 and 1.4 patch 1.3 installed all by itself with no problems patch 1.4 on the other hand did not i had to unzip it then it tries to put it in a temp folder this has to be the wrong folder to unzip to i dont know where to unzip it to i did not see a read me file anywhere attached im trying to run the lybia campaign im still green to all this how about a little more help thanks to all

when i go to play gangland it shows the ghosts in the street and ready to go but only for about two seconds then it throws me back to my desktop this is very upsetting ive got win 98 no game patches pIII 256ram onboard video and sound this has been enough for ghost recon,desert seige,cold war and a couple other small mods ive tried please help im a mod newby
