Is there any way to mod that? I'm playing with 4 friends, and we're playing on easy difficulty now, just because they ###### when they die, and have to watch the rest of us finish the mission. I'd much rather play on hard, and say allow 2 "team respawns". So we have 2 extra lives as a team.
