I'm a little late to this thread, but I found this image this evening while surfing the net. US SOF w/ M203 grip I've no idea if the image is authentic, but if it is, then at least one US soldier is/was using the M203 grip.

As it turns out, Sony knew their security was outdated and unpatched before the attacks. This just keeps getting worse and worse. The company's hubris seems to know no bounds. I honestly hope that Sony and SOE get nailed to the wall. My personal information is among the 100,000,000 accounts that were compromised, and I want the ######ing twits who didn't care enough to protect MY information, out of a ######ing job.

About silent choppers, you know they exist don't you? They are not noiseless, of course. The sound of the engine is decreased, but the sound of the rotors remains.
This made me chuckl just a bit, I'm sorry. Marcinko would know, more than most of the rest of us. Regarding MH-60's, they most definitely are not quiet. They're very loud, in fact. It's just difficult to tell where they're coming from, until they're fairly close. The 160th has been here in town on occasion (for training, I presume) and let me tell you, when an MH-60 flies over your house at 2AM, it's NOT quiet, hehe!

Sony's SOE service is now down as well. I would imagine, given the developments chronicled in this thread, that things are going to get even uglier for Sony.

My Father-in-Law inspires me. The man has never made much money despite how hard he's worked, but he served his country in the Air Force, and he's worked his butt off for most of his adult life to take care of his family. I've never heard him yell, curse anyone, slander anyone, or call anyone names (except the IRS) in all the years that I've known him. To me, he's a living example of what a man should be: Strong, reticent, self-sufficient, hard-working, faithful, honorable, committed to family, country, and his faith. If I can turn out like him, then I'll have done well.
My father also inspires me, but in completely different ways. Unlike my Father-in-Law, my dad isn't quiet, reticent, or well-mannered. He tells people what he thinks, and if they don't like it, then they can kiss off. He's one of the most brash individuals that I've ever met. But (here's the part where he inspires me) he's also one of the most loyal and faithful men that I've ever met. When my father considers someone a friend, he's loyal to a fault. He's also the most hard-working, tenacious man I know. Nothing stops the man. As an example, he used to own a cabinet shop. One afternoon, while cutting some wood, he cut one of his fingers off. The man duct-taped the stump, and went back to work for another hour before he finally went to the ER, because the job wasn't done. I hope never to sever any portion of my body (or receive any of the other numerous injuries or gunshots that he's taken) but if I can have half the work ethic, and be half as tenacious as my father, then I'll have turned out well.
Also, my dad has this amazing way of cultivating favor with others. Growing up, it seemed like everyone knew my father. He played golf with Arnold Palmer occasionally. As a master carpenter, he worked for all manner of people. From the owner of Badcock furniture, to the founder of Little Ceasar's Pizza (free pizza rocks!) to Steven Spielberg, my dad built amazing things for amazing people. All the cops in town knew him (because he had been a cop himself), and so did most of the local store owners. Everyone, and I mean everyone liked the man. My brothers and I got a lot of help, and a lot of free things, because we were "Tim's boys." There's just something about the man that makes people want to be around him, and if I can cultivate that kind of respect and favor with others, then I'll have done well.

They'd also charge you more for those two seats, tell you that they're state-of-the-art, and pretend that no one's ever had more than one seat before.

I hope that the issue with helicopters not landing to drop off troops in cargo is finally fixed. I pretty much quit scripting for ArmA II after a frustrating time of dealing with that issue, among others.

The guitar cab was the biggest and best present that I got. I've wanted a decent guitar cabinet for years, and it's very exciting! I've already put it to some good use, and got a really, really great tone that far surpasses direct line-in recording.

My 8th grade social studies teacher brought a Navy veteran of the Pearl Harbor attack to school on the 50th anniversary of the attacks. He had several scale models of ships and structures, along with a couple of short films that he showed us, while he told us about the attack. Looking back, I think what a treasure that man was, and wish that I'd paid more attention.

Sixty-nine years ago today, a day that would live in infamy, the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. Let's remember the people who lost their lives that day. God Bless.

I'm going to have to go with the good old Mossberg 500 cruiser. There's not a more devastating, effective weapon for home defense than a shotgun, and the distinctive round of a round being chambered into a pump-action shotgun is a pretty accurate warning to the perp that he's about to die.

I thought it might be authentic, because the guy's clothes are far too dirty to be an airsoft player (Unless they're me. I get filthy and nasty). I haven't seen too many M136's in airsoft, either. Hehe
