i to have problem with the game saving my sound settings and also the sound are very soft. and the .50 cal is wierd to fire as well. i have it FRAP so you can hear what i am talking about and other have said to. and it does not matter how many times you save your sound setting it all wasys goes back to Generic sound device and high settings with EAX off. specs below. i do have the Guru vid driver 160.03 for XP Pro 32bit, which is what i have for OS . and they do have a 160.04 driver for Vista out there as well. i do like the 160.03 driver so far so good on a lot of games. but as all so stated before, i to have to crank up my speaker just so i can hear what is going on around me. and since i do not use head phones, i have Creative 7.1 8 pc speaker set that has 92watts so i can rattle the room i am in and folks out side can hear it to. i have not been able to play the demo right now since it wont work. the ageia loader errors out on me every time i try to install it by its self. as shown here > ageiacrash.jpg so the game wont play since after it get to the end of the load screen it flash a black screen and then to a error text box. and here is what is say> "Crash in application version: 29276.2404 GRAW2 requires an up to date version of Ageia PhysX and associated DLLs. Please install latest PhysX runtime. Renderer: threaded Physics : threaded" i know this may not be the place to post this, but if some one that knows how to get around this? i would be greatfull. i have even re down load the demo and it still does the same thing. and even the install file on ageia inside the zip folder will not install as well. well it seems for me that ever since i installed the 1.20 patch my game lags or i get choppy game play like black screen or partail black in places, or it just looks up my whole system for a few and then comes back. and coop online is very bad it will play good then bam low fps and choppy game play. ive tried even setting GRAW to run off of 1 core instead of both or even un-overclocking my system. i havent treid turning off the SLI mode yet. but i dont know why i need to since it work fine before this patch. my spec: Aspire 680w ps (the Beast) , ASUS A8N-SLI--Deluxe motherboard ,AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ (TOLEDO) cpu, and a ASUS Star Ice cpu heat sink an fan.
