    Well, I use Swish 2 downloaded from Swish' site.

    If you like it, like me, you pay the few $ and get on with it. I use Photoshop for the background picture...the tag consist of two swf-movies: one for the top (links) and one for the rest....

    End of lesson #1, however happy to answer specific questions which can be answered within my knowledge. :rocky:

    Well, can't say I've spent much time on other forums than our own, but past the last few months I've seen some more of the world, including this forum.

    I've worked with Photoshop for about a year and Flash for at couple of months - aaand just designed new flash-tags. And now where they've passed the phase of passing the Off Topic part of this forum I just felt like moving in here.... :)

    I'll keep popping by waiting for the next sig-contest.....looks like fun - and great idea with the themes... :rocky:

    I can't seem to find any rulez on the sig-contest apart from the theme...is that because there isn't any?

    By the way, I'd like som critique on the flash-intro at our site. Follow the Main-link in my sig...if you bother. Remember to turn on speakers and enjoy the atmosphere of Pink Floyd for a brief moment... :rolleyes:

    So where would rather be a police officer patroling the streets: in a place where carrying firearms is forbidden, or in a place where it's not?

    I find the question retoric myself - don't you?

    I see no other reason for carrying firearms in public than for the sake of protecting one self. To me that has a scent of wild west and anarchy - and I just don't believe in it.

    Personally I wouldn't like walking the streets knowing that potentially everyone I pass i carrying a gun...I rather see someone snap with a broken bottle than with a firearm.

    But then again - you and I live in different places, probably making us see the world differently.

    I get that Rocky... ;)

    But what I mean is...the rules are:

    "Please keep these images to a reasonable size, less than 480x100 pixels and preferably below 50Kb in size, and 4 lines in length for text sigs. This is for the benefit of users on a slow connection and to reduce scrolling."

    My flash is 480*60 and has a 27kb size, so it applies to the rules, which is why I don't understand that it isn't working.. :unsure:

    No - doesn't look good ! :(

    It's supposed to be a Flash-tag. But i can't submit the changes - it says it's too large.

    It's 480*60 pixels, 27kb and should meet the requirements....?

    It will work if you set the code to be FLASH=400,60

    Njah...it will resize snedker.swf, but not snedker_top.swf - so it doesn't look right. But thx for the input anyway ! :rocky:

    Well, the forums themselves don't like the size (it's not our rule); however, our rule is 480x100 pixels.

    The requirements will be met. Thx for your help, ruin! ;)

    But if this is the image you're trying to post, it's too large for sig images (check the forum rules). :)

    Well... 500*60 pixels...a bit too large I can see....also the size, which is 68kb :blink:

    Hmm...I'll try to narrow it down a bit...

    However, we've alwaysed used 500*60 pixels when designing for our own forum - well knowing our rulez don't apply here... :rolleyes:
