Narrow minded thinking at it's best.......Operation Flashpoint and the original Rainbow Six games allowed for 3rd person view if I recall correctly. Gee.....never thought of that...but what if I wanted screen shots of something OTHER than monsters and a gun with a chainsaw attached? Or don't have a 360? Or a way of taking good screen shots of console games? Out of curiosity, have you even played the 360 version at all? I really don't see what the big deal is if they put it in and make it an option that can be toggled first by server side, and if it's allowed on the server

What would be wrong with implementing it if there was an option to force first person on a server? I know sometimes I'd love to use 3rd person in SP, but in mutliplayer I ALWAYS would use first person. Besides, 3rd person can make for some lovely screen shots.....

I wouldn't mind seeing it as an option, one that can be forced on each server as well.

That was my only complaint about SP, and if it made it's way into [GR] Coop I'd be a little disappointed with the map.

Bigger draw distance would be fantastic. Various levels of scopes for sniper rifles would be nice too, as would doors and the ability to blow or kick the doors in. I would also like to see the inability to fire while sliding and more realistic weapon stats.

I've never seen a divided statistic between 360 and PC GRAW sales. Where did you find this out?

5. Dark Messiah Might and Magic A great SP game, but the MP is lacking big time. The SP is one of the few games out there that does a good job of first person melee. The animations and environments are well done, even if the characters are somewhat shallow and the story flip flops at times. Short, but definitely a good break from the using first person shooter. It supposedly will from what I understand. I'm looking forward to DVDs becoming standard though (since Vista discs are DVDs). Of course, the next OS will require Blu-Ray or HD-DVDs, lol.

Have you even actually played GoW? It's much more than just a shooter, especially if you try it at the higher difficulties.

Check your FPS (frames per second) using FRAPS. Lower FPS give the mouse a floating feel to it.

I've been using Open Office for years, and back in college it helped a LOT for doing presentations since I could use Impress (equivalent of PowerPoint). Currently considered a gimmick, but I'm waiting to see how it fairs on UT2007 (and since it's on the Unreal Engine 3 it's very possible that most games based on that engine may support Ageia).

Express Burn Looks somewhat decent and burns both CD and DVD data and audio. I hope this helps. If not, I'll see what else I can dig up, but so far Express Burn has been good to me.

Ha! I WISH I ran this website. It's actually an Australian guy that runs it. Great guides overall, very thorough and he actually makes you learn what your doing without just saying "Do this for performance enhancements" like some male enhancement commercial. I've been a fan of the site for going on I think 4 years now.

GR:AW in Top 5 They rank it up there with Company of Heroes and Oblivion. Not much of a read, but gives you a general idea of what some folks other than the hard core fans think of GRAW on the PC. Edit: It's for the Top 5 of the Year (2006)
