Note: In [GR] Coop Mayday! Mayday!, I believe there is a glitch that prevents the map from being completed in Firefight mode. At least 1 tango spawns in an inaccessible area of the map, which makes it impossible to kill him. Perhaps this can be verified by someone else.

I'm not going to speak for Postal, but I agree with his comment, but I did not take them to apply to you. Reasonable criticism is fine, and a reasoned explaination of why something sucks is great. But most of the incessant whiners & bitchers have gone.

This crazy, crazy idea just struck me reading this...but, with more movies based on video games, and all the cross-promotions going on (movie ads in Splinter Cell) is it POSSIBLE that they are trying to create the "emotional attachment" to create a future movie audience? I always thought that Splinter Cell would make a great movie, and it would be easier to make a movie about Scott Mitchel & GRAW than it would be to make a movie about BF2.

Correct...but depending on the cues, are they helpful? Coming from BF2, which has a LOT of them, I'd say they are usually more annoying than helpful.

As to your original question "Is this the game for me?" It depends who you ask. I say yes. As for LMS servers, you can always set up your own now that there are SADS files!

One of my favorite exressions is: If the grass is greener on the other side, water your lawn. As it applies to GRAW: If game xyz is so great, provide constructive input to make your game better (which is what most of us try to do here).

Why do people keep requesting audible cues like "I'm hit" and "Tango spotted" in the MP? First of all, don't most people use comms like TeamSpeak or Ventrilo? Second of all, wouldn't "immersion" be better served by a VOIP perhaps? After all, how does hearing multiple non-distinguishable character voices say "I'm hit" help more than me saying "I'm hit. Tango north of my position." Or "I'm pinned down. Need sniper to my west taken out." Just a few innocent questions.

Very doubtful. Wrong! Grin is willing to listen, and has been. Are they willing to incorporate EVERY request/demand? Probably not. Would UBI allow them to incorporate EVERY request/demand? Probably not. Are they issuing patches/packs frequent enough to satisfy the community's demand? Yes. Is the community involved in the patch/pack content? Yes. Are they including every fix/expansion/change the community requests/demands? Not in the amount of time the community gives them.
