  1. ^ As a business owner, I can agree that it is the case in some instances, but not all. Don't condem "business" because your dad's friend has no integrity.
  2. Anyone remember all the complaints about GRAW 1 not having quick saves? So, they added quicksaves to GRAW 2. Quick saves, by design, shorten a game. Now people complain the game is too short. Replay on hardcore using only the checkpoint saves. It should take you 2x as long, at least!
  3. ^ You're showing your ignorance! Winnie the Pooh (WtP) is optimized for quad core CPUs! As for the videos, no one would believe me if I said they are my wifes so I don't bother
  4. I'm gonna have to see that open. I mean, does a disk even fit between the globe wires? The curcumference is 54", and each wire is 4.5" apart at the equator. Corner to corner is 6", and a DVD is somewhat less then that. So, a disk fits easily with room to spare. I'll have to get another pic for you. If you look closely, the cable that you think is obstructing the DVD is the video cable. It actually passes to the right-hand-side of the DVD. There is one loose el wire cable that I did not zip tie at the time I took the picture.
  5. ^Although it looks it, the drive bay is NOT obstructed by those cables.
  6. Not if I see you first LMAO! I never said I wouldn't buy Crysis, the hero-based uber advanced warfighter FPS! But, let's try to get back on topic. My initial point was that I thought we were getting off-topic, and now you only made me contribute more to it!
  7. Well, maybe, but this thread is about how much GRAW 2 sucks donkey dick. And Crysis and Ground Branch have both been mentioned as GRAW 2 killers, and they are nothing alike. I just don't see how Crysis is relevant. But then again, what do I know?
  8. How does one reconcile Crysis with Ground Branch? It's like saying you're in the mood to watch Transformers and Aida.
  9. Correct. At least for now. Since dropped magazines seem to be persistent, they may change that in a patch, though I doubt it.
  10. That's a fair enough"criticism," because I do like the game. And I'll admit, I am being optimistic/hopeful about modding possibilities. Just yesterday I was telling someone (about an unrelated topic) "the proof is in the pudding."
  11. Well, from what I have read here, the draw distance is a big issue for people that like to snipe. For you snipers out there, it's a legitimate gripe. For myself and others that prefer CQB and mid-range engagements, it's a non-issue. So, while the draw distance is an issue for some people, it does not in-and-of itself make it a bad game. As far as GRAW 2 not being able to pull off non-linear objectives, that 100% contradicts other statements by Grinners. Just because it's not in the SP campaign does not mean that it cannot be done with the (yet to be released) mod tools.
  12. SCAR-H scoped &/or supressed both GRAW & GRAW 2. I think Wolfsong said the SCAR-H has a higher damage factor than all the other assault rifles (refering to GRAW 2).

  14. I built the entire system from scratch, case and all. I even built the control box with the audio connectors & 10 USB ports. It's a globe, albeit a crude globe.
  15. I don't knwo if this applies to you or not, but the most common cause for this is when the player selects "Play Mission" instead of "Continue": Start game Click "Campaign" Select Mission 7 (Get me Rosen) Click "Continue" (NOT "Play Mission")
  16. Right on, Sui! What were have here is a bunch of sado-masochists: They hate GRAW/GRAW2, but they continue to come around here and torture us. I made a little movie to better express my thoughts: I'm going to play GRAW 2! <--I hate it! <--I hate it! <--My head hurts <--Why don't you stop banging your head against a wall? <--I hate it! <--I hate it! <--My head still hurts <--Sui fin
  17. I think it's too early to say until the modders start cranking out kit-specific maps, since the kits are defined in the map. So, you don't need to worry about people screwing up a pistol only map by running around with a SAW. In that case, people may end up preferring kits.

  19. Unless you have been diligently keeping yourself updated within these forums, it's easy to understand how you might miss a LOT of information. You might want to check th modding forums. One Grinner said he created TDM maps with multiple spawn points using the editor. They are not official content, as he did it on his own time. My point is that supposedly, with the editor, modders will be able to create unique MP gametypes. Not just maps or mods, but different MP modes. Another Grinner commented that something like escorting a convoy would be possible. Some of the other possibilities wit
  20. agreed. i simply dislkied the way you said it: i felt a little offended by that, hence my posting.Fair enough! Duly noted!
