  1. I dont have shadows with the 162.18 and 162.15 in XP , with one 8800 gtx.

    At least the game works with your 8800gtx and the 162.18/15 drivers. With my 7800 gs the graphics are corrupt and unplayable. I've had to go back to the 93.71 drivers from last year. :ermm: Of course, it's not GRIN's fault that the 162.18/15 don't like GRAW or GRAW2. It's Nvidia's fault. I guess we'll have to wait for the game to come out to force Nvidia to fix GRAW2 and GRAW with their latest drivers.

    Well, no problems with 158.27 ;) . And looks better ;) very nice graphics Grin !!. With Official 162.15 WinXP and beta 162.18 , dont shadows.

  2. Shadows seem not to be working. Is this a known issue? The shadows work perfectly in the MP demo but they seem broken in the SP demo

    Agree . Is a bug or is the map lighing ?

    And FRAPS like in the MP demo , work with many problems for capture high resolution video

    The blur AA in GRAW 2 is better that in GRAW . Yes, is a bit blurry, but is aceptable. But the best solution is MSAA

    Other upgrade is the softshadows resolution , much better in GRAW 2 . And the normal maps han paralax efects looks a bit better . Great job GRIN ,very nice graphics w00t:thumbsup: .

  4. I have problems for video capture with the FRAPS, with all versions . The framerate is very inestable . I dont have problems for capture in GRAW , STALKER, R6 las Vegas, TDU ,COJ ....

    I have windows XP , C2 2750 mhz , Raptor , 8800 gtx 2GB ram ...

  5. 4.3 Finishing the mission

    4.3.1 Victory or defeat

    Victory is achieved by successfully completing the objectives assigned to you.

    You face defeat if you die or if one of your objectives is not reached (by failing

    to protect a critical VIP, for instance).

    Your Ghosts will never die during a mission, but they can be shot down and

    incapacitated. You will then have to go on without them. Medevac teams will

    rescue them later and they will need a full mission cycle to rest and recover, so

    you won't be able to enlist them for the next mission.

    4.3.2 Debrief & Next mission

    Once your mission is completed, a screen appears showing your achievements

    and stats. Click to continue on to the next mission.

    4.4 Saving and loading games

    Use the ‘Save’ key (default: K) when not engaged in combat. If you’re under

    fire, H.Q. won’t be able to record your position. Press the ‘Load’ key (default: L)

    to quickly reload the last saved position. If you get killed, you can also reload

    this saved position from the load menu.

    You can have 3 quicksave files at the same time. If you have more than 3

    quicksaves, the oldest one will be deleted each time you quicksave again. Your

    progression in a mission will also be "autosaved" when you reach key objectives

    or locations.

  6. Campaign Co-operative mode

    When a co-operative mode game is created, the server player will embody Mitchell and be team leader. Players

    can join during the briefing phase of the mission, or be replaced by A.I.Ghosts, that will follow the serverplayer.

    Co-operative mode is played on singleplayer campaign mission maps, and allows you to relive the single player

    experience along with your friends.

    Beware, if the server player dies, the game can go on only if it does notdisconnect. You can set up your server to allow respawn so the server player may come back to play if he gets killed.

    5.6 [GR] co-operative

    This co-operative mode allows you to replay each mission of the game with up

    to 3 friends. Each player has to choose a speciality (sniper, support, assault,

    etc.) and each time a player dies, he will respawn in the insertion zone.

    The server player has to set the victory conditions to Recon or Firefight. Recon

    requires you to reach the extraction point, whereas Firefight requires you to

    eliminate all hostiles in the map.

  7. I have a "secret" source . Is a "pro" gamer , reviewer in one website .His first opinion is negative, perhaps it has played in easy.

    The preview version have a 3 levels. The enemies dont have good level, with bad or good strategy , always you eliminate they easily. The game dont have challenge .

    Is his first opinion !! Maybe not is correct

    The 1 video is nice gameplay video, a low resolution video . The softshadows have more resolution than in GRAW 1 ;) . This have a perfomance drop ever...

    Maybe the IGN reviewer not have a high level PC , for run at 1920 X 1080/ 1600 x 1200 or more vhitout many jaggies . The engine is diferent , but at 1600 x 1200 or more , without many jaggies , for my looks better . In PC version the HDR is FP16 - FP10 in the 360 - , better precision, but the implementation not is espectacular . The shadow resolution in GRAW1 , in the 360 version is better, and the models are better , with more poligons. But the PC have better textures- more resolution - , more draw distance and AF - this is the most importan problem of the 360 . But the PC version dont have true AA.

    But at low resolution and without anisotropic filter , GRAW looks bit crap , like in this new preview in french
