  1. GRAW-2-Ageia-with-only-the-CPU

    http://stage6.divx.com/user/oritxupolite/v...he-CPU---120-MB 720p

    Problems?

In some occasions the framerate lowers 2-5 fps even in the menu of the mission, without using the physics . but it happens rarely. The solution is or to wait - or to restart the level. The framerate is good enough almost always

    Personal opinions

I do not like the texture of the blood

I do not like the postprocess of the mod,

    I prefer the original postprocess

  2. not the first review with this kind of critsism. just read a german review which also favored the 360s kind of gameplay and graphics....personally i think reviewers do not necessarily represent the die-hard but more the average gamer. from this kind of perspective i can understand a few of the critics.

what i dont understand is why 360s graphics are preferred over the pcs. one must be blind not to see that theres a huge gap between the console-gfx, where bad textures and low range of sight are varnished with nice effects like heat haze effects a.s.o.

personally i give a damn about reviews......

I believe that they have not seen my videos or that they have been looking at the soil ;), Or do not have a good PC, or simply they forget any fault of the console as the absolute lack of anisotropic filtering

  3. OMG, I caught another review today, this time in Edge Magazine, a supposedly high brow professional gaming magazine. It was so shockingly poor I had to write to them!

They also got the whole quick save thing wrong, in fact, they said there was NO quick save system! They never spoke about multiplayer AT ALL. I could go on, but it was truly abysmal.

Honestly, GRAW 2 has to be one of the most poorly reviewed games I have ever seen, or are all games reviewed as poorly as this?

    lol

he did actually play the game which is more than some other reviews show .

    Done.

I doubt much that Edge knows that the keyboards are used to play videogames of PC .

  4. it does look quite similar to GRAW 1, especially on low-end systems. it doesn't have the same "yellow" look as GRAW1, but it feels like a lot of the same textures and models were reused. not entirely a bad thing though, they still look AMAZING

but I think graw2 feels maybe a bit more like an expansion pack rather than a sequel.

    The graphics score is 100 % ;) ***** ;)

The levels are bigger, and the visuals are certainly some of the best looking brown places you've ever seen on a PC
  5. This is the ending , but in god mode for capture the video ;) .

    And this

    http://stage6.divx.com/user/oritxupolite/v...hetes-en-Juarez

    A rocket launcher in Juarez

    http://stage6.divx.com/Oritxupolite-Game-v...-de-Helicoptero

Tank and helicopter in Juarez . Many videos not are real gameplay videos, the gameplay real is more reflexive and

slow . My edition erase many IA issues ;)

The colecction is a small tribute for Grin, and dedicated to IGN - graphic score 6.5 - and other webs , like Gamespot The game have problems and issues, but not with the graphics ;)

  6. ... as it's been stated before, this is an issue with deferred lighting.

    t... but I'm stubborn ( 0:) )

I've noticed that about you. :D

    Not is a deferred rendering isue .. is a DX9 isue ;) .

Deferred rendering work in GOW or Killzone 2 with MSAA...

nice post about deferred rendering , MSAA and Dx9

  7. When I first played the single player demo, I was running my dual core, 6600gt and last week I upgraded to a quad core, loads of ram, raid drives and a 8800gtx ultra. The problem is that the game looked more crisp on the 6600gt. With the 8800 everything at a distance of more than about 5 meters has a blur to it. If I zoom in with a rifle it all goes crisp but other wise its hard to make enemies at a distance.

I've got the power so its a settings problem, what setting should I use in the nvidia control panel? Does anyone have a screen shot of their nvidea settings?

You have anisotropic filtering in on ? With the Xp , I dont have problems with the 158 .27 . Problematic are 160 15 and 160 .18 for XP , the game not have shadows . In the Nvidia control panel , you select quality option , and after turn on Anisotropic 16 x and select high quality in avanced options . You turn off antialeasing , and trasparence antialiasing - supersampling and multisampling .

If you have a high resolution monitor - 1600 x 1200 , 1650 x 1050 or more, the "Edge Smoothing" or blurr antialeasing maybe not is necesary , this method is a bit blurry in the textures . But is better than the "Edge Smoothing" of GRAW .
