I believe that they have not seen my videos or that they have been looking at the soil , Or do not have a good PC, or simply they forget any fault of the console as the absolute lack of anisotropic filtering -

At 30 fps 1900 series with 512 mb - 1950 /1900 xt 7800 /7900 with 512 mb , maybe the 1900 pro 512 mb .... At 60 fps 8800 series with 640 mb or 768 mb -

You have anisotropic filtering in on ? With the Xp , I dont have problems with the 158 .27 . Problematic are 160 15 and 160 .18 for XP , the game not have shadows . In the Nvidia control panel , you select quality option , and after turn on Anisotropic 16 x and select high quality in avanced options . You turn off antialeasing , and trasparence antialiasing - supersampling and multisampling . If you have a high resolution monitor - 1600 x 1200 , 1650 x 1050 or more, the "Edge Smoothing" or blurr antialeasing maybe not is necesary , this method is a bit blurry in the textures . But is better than the "Edge Smoothing" of GRAW .
