start menu/run= type in cmd
dos window comes up, then type ipconfig the push enter
depending on what area your in, all router's ahave a personal firewall.
keep the ipconfig info up and phone the compony your dealn with up ask how to remove it, if they cant they will direct you to those who can. It's inportant to keep the ipconfig up so you can tell them what the IP is.
