Don't be so darned hard on the French. It's painfully obvious
after our last sojourn into the desert that the Iraqi's
were fully trained by the French Army. In fact, I have obtained a copy of the secret Iraqi/French training manual.

To the French, German and the other protesters around the world. America has always protected and defended the world against tyrants and evil. To the French: Do you remember Normandy? Who is it that you owe for your freedom today? Who is it that did what you could not? To the Germans: Do you remember the difference between what happened to East and West Germany after the terrible Nazi war? Did America enslave the German people as the Soviets did? Did America enslave the Japanese after we were attacked?
America instead offered and provided freedom and democracy.
We rebuilt them from the war they started and made them
strong and free. How quickly they forget. The United States does not want to destroy or enslave Iraq; America is trying to protect itself and the world from someone that would be a Hitler if he could. There is no one that hates war more than someone who has fought one. I want more than anything to avoid this one. Most of those who march, protest and call us evil, will call on us to fight and protect them when they are attacked and threatened. Then they want the strongest country in the world to do what is right, to protect those who are weak and lazy, they are lazy because we are here to fight for their freedom. We have always fought for others, BUT!!!

I have a very simple and effective solution here.
We pull our troops back. Way back, and let him stew about why for 3 or 4 days. Then we drop a low yield Tactical nuke on Baghdad, go in a week later, and pave it over, and build a couple hotels. Turn it into a desert resort.
Not only would this take care of Sadaam, but would send a very powerful message to all terrorists like this POS.
It's now time for us to get rowdy and ###### off and eliminate this jerk off, once and for all.
Show him what a real war is all about, and teach him who he has f---ed with.

As I feared, this time around is going to be nothing like it was in 91. We are in it for the long haul, I'm afraid. I think this war is going to take a long time, at least 6 months, maybe longer, but now it's a moral imperative to kill that SOB.
I want everyone home safe, more than anyone knows, I want them all home safe. But unfortunately, IT saddens me greatly to say this, but I dont think everyone is going to make it home. This war is going to get very, very ugly, very fast i think.
Everyone, say a prayer for our boys and girls over there. They are going to need all the help they can get.

And to the protesters - I want you all to jump in front of my car while you're blocking an intersection or highway somewhere. Because the crap they are doing isnt helping anything or anyone. What really drives me nuts is these people that say,' Let the inspectors work - Stop the War'. When they can tell me just what it is they think the inspectors have accomplished in the last 12 years of inspections and economic sanctions, besides lack of aid for the civies over there, let me know.
We have been doing it the worlds' way for 12 years, and to what accomplishment except allowing this animal to get away with murder, and manufacture weapons that are destructive to the entire world?
I say, the inspectors and the UN and the French had their chance and accomplished nothing. In fact, this link just about sums up the effectiveness over the past 12 years of the UN and weapons' inspections, and sanctions.

I'm glad that some of the anti-war people are coming around, otherwise those fallen soldiers deaths would seem meaningless because those soldiers are fighting for what the anti-war people are provided with and that is the freedom they are using to vote against the war.
Ironic world we live in, but I stand by my boy's and fellow countrymen that are serving along side them.
Those fallen soldier's deaths' will never be meaningless, no matter how these idiots act, because my friend, people like you and I believe in our soldiers, our country, and our way of life. And there are enough of us, that that counts for a great deal.
As long as I live, and can convince even one person, those deaths, and the spilled blood will always have great meaning.

It isnt about raising an argument. Its something to think about because alot of people these days seem to have forgotten how their peace, freedom and security was paid for and how it was achieved.
Its to make them think about the fact that blood was shed so that they can do what they want. Freedom isnt something that just appeared for people one day, and said here you are, and it will cost you nothing. Thats what its about. Not an argument.

There are 2 older movies out that are very good. One is called "Ffolkes" with Roger Moore, and the other, which is about the SAS, is called "The Final Option", which is based on real events. Both made in the 80's.
The film is not called Ffloks, though, the main caracter is ffolks ( and, yeah, he's exentric )

I'm here tonight because men and women of the United States military have given their lives for my freedom. I am not here tonight because Sheryl Crowe, Rosie O'Donnell, Martin Sheen, George Clooney, Jane Fonda or Phil Donahue, sacrificed their lives for me.
If my memory serves me correctly, it was not movie stars or musicians, but the United States Military who fought on the shores of Iwo Jima, the jungles of Vietnam, and the beaches of Normandy. Tonight, I say we should support the President of the United States and the U.S. Military and tell the liberal, tree-hugging, Birkenstock-wearing, hippy, tie-dyed liberals to go make their movies and music and whine somewhere else.
After all, if they lived in Iraq, they wouldn't be allowed the freedom of speech they're being given here today. Ironically, they would be put to death at the hands of Saddam Hussein or Osama Bin Laden. I want to know how the very people who are against war because of the loss of life, can possibly be the same people who are for abortion?
They are the same people who are for animal rights but against the rights of the unborn.
The movie stars say they want to go to Iraq and serve as "human shields" for the Iraqis. I say let them buy a one-way ticket and go.
No one likes war. I hate war! But the one thing I hate more is the fact that this country has been forced into war--innocent people have lost their lives - - and there but for the grace of God, it could have been my brother, my husband, or even worse my own son.
On December 7, 1941, there are no records of movie stars treading the blazing waters of Pearl Harbor.
On September 11, 2001; there are no photos of movie stars standing as "human shields" against the debris and falling bodies ascending from the World Trade Center. There were only policemen and firemen - -underpaid civil servants who gave their all with nothing expected in return.
When the USS Cole was bombed, there were no movie stars guarding the ship -- where were the human shields then?
If America's movie stars want to be human shields, let them shield the gang-ridden streets of Los Angeles, or New York City, let them shield the lives of the children of North Birmingham whose mothers put them down to sleep on the floor each night to shelter them from stray bullets.
If they want to be human shields, I say let them shield the men and women of honesty and integrity that epitomize courage and embody the spirit of freedom by wearing the proud uniforms of the United States Military. Those are the people who have earned and deserve shielding!
Throughout the course of history, this country has remained free, not because of movie stars and liberal activists, but because of brave men and women who hated war too. However, they lay down their lives so that we all may live in freedom. After all "Greater love hath no man, than that he lay down his life for his friend," or in this case a country.
We should give our military honor and acknowledgment and not let their lives be in vain. If you want to see true human shields, walk through Arlington Cemetery. There lie human shields, heroes, and the BRAVE Americans who didn't get on television and talk about being a human shield - -they were human shields.
I thank God tonight for freedom - - those who bought and paid for it with their lives in the past - - those who will protect it in the present and defend it in the future.
America has remained silent too long! God-fearing people have remained silent too long!
We must lift our voices united in a humble prayer to God for guidance and the strength and courage to sustain us throughout whatever the future may hold.
After the tragic events of Sept. 11th, my then eleven-year-old son said terrorism is a war between them and us and if you're not one of us, then you're one of them.
So in closing tonight, let us be of one accord, let us stand proud, and let us be the human shields of prayer, encouragement and support for the President, our troops and their families and our country.
May God bless America, the land of the free, the home of the brave and the greatest country on the face of this earth!

Unfortunately, the level of knowledge this 'little girl' (lol) has is pretty typical of all the peace nik college kids out there today protesting. They have no idea what freedom costs or how it was achieved for us, and what it will cost to achieve it now for the Iraqis.
All they care about is the falling bombs, and what the media chooses to show them, because, as we all know, the media isnt exactly unbiased, and they never show the whole story, only the parts that will get ratings. Sad but true.
The world had better sit up and heed the wake up call.

No. what the world wants is for us to be seen and not heard until they call upon us. Thats pretty much what world opinion says. But then again, the french and the UN just dont want to admit that their idea of sanctions and inspections over the past 12 years are pretty much horse s--t and hsavent worked, and now they dont want to do anything about it except sit back and let sadaam take over the middle east.
Where the US screwed up was listtening to the UN and the French in 1991 and pulling out instead of killing that ###### then.
No one asked the French for undying loyalty, but until they are willing to help clean up the mess they helped to make, and made worse very recently in fact by making oil deals and selling weapons to that animal, if they want to bow out and not take any responsibility, fine. But then they need to shut the hell up, along with Canada, and quit bad mouthing the US, and do what they are truly good at....just sit there and watch and keep there traps shut.
The French are involved in this up to there eyeballs and wont take any responsibility for cleaning it up.
And those are facts. The truth is, we are kicking the crap out of one of their cash cows and they dont like it.
So, since France and Germany, and alot of the world feel this way, and all they can do is bad mouth us, that is until they need us to do their butt kicking for them, I'm with Bad Karma, We need to close our borders, and say to heck with all of them, and next time they need help, we will sit back and watch and bad mouth everyone like they are doing to us.
Of course though, once we finish this, France and the UN, neither of whom are taking any responsibility here, mostly because of lack of understanding of the concept, will want to get a major portiom of control there after we clean it up, but thats typical. Let someone else do the dirty work and the bleedin, then want to run things. Makes me sick.
