yea i have a router, he can join other games with no problem only me!

i have windows 98 and yea i have 2346-2348 opened

i can host games fine, i have all the ports open needed to host ghost recon, but when my friend from the same town tries to connect he cant we have same version number and everything is there a port i have missing?
