  1. Didn't buy a 360, but know a few people that did.

A couple of them were the type of people that tossed their 360's oto one of those small dusty shelves, and wondered why it started to mess up after a while.

Wouldn't dare do that after buying something for +$400 and waited in line for several hours.

    360 liquid-cooling system announced

CoolIT Systems plans to release high-tech retrofit accessory to cool Microsoft's next-gen console.

Most gamers will agree that the Xbox 360 is cool. However, CoolIT Systems is betting that gamers will want their 360s even cooler. The Calgary-based company today announced that it will be showcasing a liquid-cooled Xbox 360 at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this week. The product, which retrofits onto the next-gen console, addresses an issue that some 360 owners have come across--overheating. It is unclear how the product fits onto the 360 or how much assembly is required. CoolIT, which also makes a USB beverage chiller, has not announced a name, release date, or price for the product.

Definitely would get one, if they are somewhat easy to install.

No desire to see what happens when water is exposed to a Xbox360 right when it's grinding away, at least not on a Xbox360 I bought.

  3. Dolphin Diving- Jump and prone at the same time, looks like you are flopping around on your belly. Makes it harder for people to kill you.

Sprint Exploit- Sprint and Jump and repeat. Cover alot of ground very quickly and don't lose as much stamina, looks like Tribes.

Prone Spamming- IIRC, with a joystick, you can continually stand and prone at the same time. Screws up the hitboxes making it harder for people to kill you.

Only time you really see this stuff is on the 24/7 Karkand and Sharqi type servers.

  4. Just like the 360, glad I took the wait and see approach.

If you really want the weapons, there is a way without having to buy the expansion pack.

Have a friend with it (that can actually play) log into SF on their PC using your ID, then play a few games. Should give your account the SF unlocks to use in vanilla BF2.

...expect EA/DICE to quickly fix this but not the AA, red tags and other bugs.
