    Everyone, On A No Death Limit Server

    One thing ive noticed is people choose Quanity over quality lol.

    As when Ghost squads were full 24/7 when i would come in and people would all have 250 + ping with a full server.

    Rather then play in a server local to them.

    As of now my servers pretty much belong to the community of GRAW only a couple of us play GRAW after the long awaited arivel there was alot of disapointment i personally had a good time playing the game for a while but after the problems with not being able to kick people from the server who caused problems and would cause the whole server to leave kinda was the first hit of not playing anymore..

    The game was fun while it lasted but until there is some major improvement i will not be playing much..

    As for the 2 Ghost Squad OC3 Servers i leave it to the community to decide the settings.

    I had fun playing with you guys either way..

    man it's frustrating to see everyone on a "no death" limit server.

    M' i the only one that wants a death limit, this game is not playable whit no death limit! (my opinion)

    Is it the "ingame" serverbrowser that doesnt find all the servers?

    (i really like Hamburger Hill)

    But i can't play it, cause i get so ###### when spawn get's raped again and again.

    I'm sorry that i post this now that iam a little ######, but plz; don't you see its more fun whit a death limit. Or is it only me?

    Or maybe i should cool down, and go whit the flow..

    My servers use to be full 24/7 till i put a death limit on them now they are empty.

    Considering i dont play anymore there prolly just gonna get shut down...

    Any new patch info yet?

    And we wonder why developers rather program for consoles. Less headaches, less whining, more profit.

    well if games were released like they were for consoles (completed) then there wouldnt be a problem.

    Console games need to be bug free since there is no patching...

    you must give more respect to the guys doing PC games..

    Domination After TDM?

    As the Owner of Ghost squad Servers i was wondering how many people are still gonna be playing domination after the new patch?

    I plan on having 1 of each of the popular game play types set up, but its easier for me to let the people of the community choose what would be the best interest to try to keep the server full 24/7..

    OK.

    So I played alot of SCE lastnight. It's like the server is lagging or something - none of the shots I seemed to make "counted". Granted, you could say "you suck" but when there's 4 other guys commenting on the same thing in voice-comms with me, there's something up.

    So I don't know if I'll be playing there much anymore.

    I then attempted to play on Ghost Squad - which they turned Weapons Free off. So now I'm stuck fighting people with rifles with my pistol.

    So I don't think I'll be playing there anymore.

    I tried BDA the other day - but they've still got limited deaths on.

    Sorry to hear your trouble with Ghost squad server. if you come into the server late then you dont get the starting Tact point till the end of the round so i lowered the round time also.

    But if come in at the start of the round the Start tact points is at 2000. I think thats plenty.

    Lets people buy what they want but still need to use some kind of tact...

    Any feedback is welcome in our forums @ Ghost Squad

    If those settigns dont agree with you there is also Ghost Squad #2 which has all the old settings applied to it basically i moved those settings of the more populated server to my Dual Xeon Server..

    Try that out let me know how it goes

    Here is fULL STAT of Ghost Squad server.

    Ok now this image shows blue as out bandwith but its actually backwards.

    The Blue is what the router is pushing out to my server..

    The green is the Switch is pushing out to the internet...

    Um... your year shows till march? is that a forcasted?

    I guess the best way is with a localized utility on the server, to eliminate showing other network traffic besides your game server.

    Anyway oddest thing... i set it to 256 and tonight it actually appeared to run WAY better. Pings were more stable, less fluctuation.... maybe 128 was choking it.

    Its a managed Cysco switch that is showing only the 1 of 5 ip's i have set up and only the GRAW server runs through it...

    My Opinion..

    Of Servers and Clans.

    Well ive played in a few bust mostly my own soo.

    SoK Server,,,

    Guys are a bunch of tools no respect for anyone.. if your beating them then your a cheater..

    Server runs ok but most servers are central or east coast..

    Wouldnt play there again if my life depended on it... Because of them personally

    BDA Server Cool guys in BDA..

    Again server a little far from me so i ping high plus normally when i get in there i have to wait for next round im not into the 5 death thing...

    SCE Server..

    You Guys rock we play together alot whether in your server or ours. Nice guys and there server runs decent again considering the distance..

    Ive been in your server a couple times seem to run good but only had a few people in it..

    But you and your clan are a bunch of cool guys..

    Oh and the Christian gamers server

    Runs good when its up..

    Well i have it set up to no death limit.

    People like to play not wait.

    Just turned start money on naders were getting to happy,

    Almost had it under control till SoK decided they wanted nade spam..

    uhuh... so change it to 256 before starting the server?

    I set mine to the T-1 option.

    Here is some more info... Screenshots from our server... directly from the desktop. You will note the meter i used ... both times had 13 peeps in it. It only was running 21-25KB/s.

    Officially at that rating 768 (76.8-90KB's) should at triple that ... with 39 peeps. so speed is not the issue.

    I also took a screenie of processor usage and the server specs. Enjoy.

    I play on the BDA server alot because of the max deaths of 5. It adds alot more to the game than just running from spawn to the front lines. I also like the Ghost Squad as it has a really good connection and caps the amount of players @ 24 (less lagg), at least it did was up to 32 players yesterday :(. Like Fragman said once the SADS come out [99] will have a server also. As far as the SCE server it does seem like the questionable players flock to that server. I'm not saying it's SCE fault as there really isn't anything they could do about it. Though I have had some really good games there. My perfect server would be 20-26 players, AC and limited respawns.

    Oh yeah I just want to give thanks to all those who have jumped on the grenade for the community and have put their dedicated servers up before the SADS have come out.

    Ok Server seems to have crashed so i restarted with the 26 max sorry bout that it was set to 32 on accident..

    Another tip: Turn your visual settings all the way to low, and buy a better video card. (Specifically, 6800 Ultra and up).

    This tip didn't work for me on my 7800gtx, 2gb, XFi Fatality sound, AMD4400 dual core machine. The game just looks better with all setting on high. Maybe my computer is why people think I'm hacking :rambo:

    Another tip - look out for opponent shadows - especially important on the Hollow map. And remember, good players will be looking for your shadow.

    May look better but makes your skill go down...

    Lol if everyone would just ignore the gripe threeds and only read the ones that look interesting they will roll back to the 2nd or 3rd page.

    All the complaining is all identicle, Ive realized that we all know the issues with the game and so does grin so any new gripes are pretty much old news...

    If your a Fan then be a Fan and be patient and if your not the unistall and and go play Barbies dream house or something.. anyway have a wonderful Day...
