Yeah but in RS, RS:UO, RS:BT, RVS, GR, SOF you could shot while running while you cannot in GRAW. So with that in mind you would always be at a disadvantage.

Its been a couple years since I played last but didnt you always run and you had to hold down a key to walk?

Just a thought here and take it like you want
MODDERS ARE HACKERS....Nah just joking with you guys. I love this gun mod and a great job goes out on your work.
In the GR and RS days modders used a program called click teams to make an installer program for their mods so end users did not have to fuss about where to put things and what folders to create
Freeware version ---> ClickTeams Freeware Installer

spot on kee

I like it like it is. Like was said earlier makes you more aware of where you are standing when you reload and slows the game down a bit making it more of a stratagy shooter.

Server Sig looks like this

Also on version 1.7 it checks for map image and if none is found uses a generic image for display. This will be a major factor as new maps come out.
-
With this Server stats box for some reason it keeps changeing the map size when i add both servers anyone have this issue?
you need to download version 1.7 from my site
DeadlyForceGaming.com
It is listed for download in the top 20 newest and Top 20 downloaded
Major fix in version 1.7 is image size in display.
Since you are running multi version my server sigs might be a better option for you. Look in the navigation menu under server tools > Click on server sigs to start the proccess
One last thing you violated the Licencence agreement by removing my sites link at the bottom of the block. it would be great if you could put that back. Fell free to remove the version number from the bottom

size is 400X141
What problems are you having and maybe I can help you out? I know I use one for a cod:uo and cod2 server and use them as active backgrounds.
ON a nuke site the best way to display them is to use them in a block like this
$content.="http://linktoimage.com/sa=serverip&sp=serverport&sg=game&bi=background you want to use.gif";
The reason the one in this post works is because its not really doing the query the auto generated one is doing dynamic scripting and may be why that is happening. YOu might try replacing the query you have in your top block using the iframe with the image and see if that works. Also make sure that you are copying the code from the info boxes and not right clicking the image and doing a save as.
My limitation is this, I have to send the varible information to the code that creates the image on each request for the image via using the "sa=serverip&sp=serverport&sg=game&bi=background " part of the url. This causes some forums to freak out and not post the image, to remedy this I am working on a httaccess to strip the varibles and replace them with "--" and that may solve my problem. My other option is to expand on my users account pages and give them the option to enter their server info and use their user names instead of the varibles mentioned above like xfire does.

Not without the pluggin

Guy I know wanted some memory and we worked out a trade, 1 gig simm memory for this 512 meg card > http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16814241015
Not the best on the market but its cheap and should run graw better than us poor ppl with 6800gt cards
-
For sure colin! Without the 3DS plugins gr1 would have lived a shorter life span since no new maps, weapons or player models would ever been released.

I am willing to give up some eye candy for bigger maps and game play to an extent. I used to love planetside becuase of the large sized maps, tank- plane- car selection and weapons but when it comes down to it I am not willing to give up so much eye candy that the game looks dated comming out of the gate. Like I said you want big maps and big games try world war II online, it looks as good as the new OFP and by design is 100 times the size.
I see that a lot of us dont feel that GRAW has "IT", not including me since I think the game has IT and you will see IT when us mission scripters and map makers get a shot to make the maps that we all wanted with the mission scripting that GR1 had (if possible, only time will tell). I would also like to see in the future what the map size limitations will be, from reading post in the modding forums it would seem that we could make the massive maps and do the same thing the new OFP dpes by making the maps less detailed and use simple boxes extruded, add some detail objects, UV Map and skined for a less detailed map that is bigger. But this is all speculation from a modder finding a way to remove the map boundries and leaving the mission area and finding the far distant building to be less detailed.

If you do not have a php enabled site or you dont want to take the time to install the php server status block you can get a server status image like the one above. Please note that this forum does not allow dynamic pages in the forums so the above image is static vs the true dynamic image you get. If your forums support dynamic pages or you have a website that you want to show server stats images on but you do not have php enabled site or you are new to web dev then this might be an option for you.
Our automated system gathers your information and then you select the image you would like to use and then the page gives you links to your personalized images.
I only have four GRAW image created so far but expected 2-5 more through this week.
Get Sig Image HERE
Special thanks to Attack Force Z and their server

Lost? I dont know about lost, I think the best thing to do is what till we get our SDK and a few new misions are cranked out. If the editor comes with the scripting support and it should, we will have the ability to make those wide open forrests and deserts and have multiple ways to acheive our objectives. If the editor comes out with ways to do math and spawn bad guys depending on the comaplex math (random number generation and eqautions) they way IGOR did then I think we will be able to make the mission play differently each time (to an extent) and bring back what everyone thinks is missing.

Hmmmmm maybe low res, poorly created and skinned player models and 5 year old looking maps is what you are waiting on but I will pass. Honestly the screens on that game look like they were taken 5-6 years ago, GR1 has better graphics than that game...hell WW2OL has better looking graphics. Could just be that it all looks cartoonish to me.

The final release has just been published on my site and an email sent to rocky to update his site.
This version is as complete as it can be and unless I figure out how to get my connection commands working or GRIN makes some major changes this is it. If you downloaded previous versions I recommend updating your install
1.7 - Original public release on 6/5/2006
1. Fixed bug that would not apply user defined image size to map images
2. Added Generic map image to the images/map_images/graw_map_small/
directory.
3. Added function to check to see if the map image was availible on the
server and if it is not to display a generic image instead of no image
red x. Mouse over text will still display the map name.
4. Set the show more stats (player and server) to default to be turned off
It seems that alot of users are installing the block and not turning off
the additional stats and the links go nowhere so in the intrest of having
everyones site look its best the default is off.

3. Does the host have any other internet traffic going on while they are hosting, apps like emule, TS, web browsing..ect

Me and a friend of mine run Hamachi and GRAW almost everynight with no problems. Both of use are behind routers (Linksys wireless G/B) and I am also behind a Cisco PIX. I am located in little rock ark and my friend is located right outside of london.
He has created a network on hamachi named deadlyforce and when we are ready to play we all join the network, at that point he starts a coop server and we all wait about 1-2 mins and then we join up. Now sometimes the black screen does take a minute or so if we are all on TS (Hosted on my home connection). But other than that we never have any problems. However on time when we tried to get an old friend to play with us he got the black loading screen forever and never got to the loading screen and later we found out it was because he had an unsupported video card that wouldnt play the game anyway.

No probs Kee like said b4 if wasnt for you this wouldnt be finished as I was still trying to get the right GS query combo to work.
Thanks Rocky!

I just released a newer version with a few updates
1.6 - Original public release on 6/2/2006

2. Fixed bug where main table size set by user would not apply to error

6. Fixed table bug when server was off line or did not respond in the
alotted time limit that would cause your sites layout to be out of line.
7. Placed this program under the GPL licenses agreement to make sure that
anyone could have full access to the sorce code of this program and any
future project or derivative based of the code contained in this program.
8. Released the code as careware.
9. Fixed spelling errors in read me and code comments and changed layout.
10. Added more code comments geared towards KeeKees work
-
I also put the same thing in the header of the block file to make sure they had to read it

-
Its really a block and not a iframe inlay linked to another page. I took the same code based you modified and then re wrote, formated and added some varibles you could use to change the way it displays for top/center blocks or as a side block. Then I threw in some other setting you could change to make it fit better on your site. I have never tried post nuke but I would bet money you could download this and take off running converting it to post nuke.
I should have alot more features added by tomorrow night.
-
You use on a Nuke site to display server information like number of players, gametype, map name.
Trying to work out a connection script but the way I did it for COD and COD2 doesnt work the same
Stats log files

You can find links to two stats programs HERE
I would choice the second one that you see since its using a better way of parsing the stats and compiling them into a web page.
I dont know why your server would stop logging the stats but you could try to get autoftp from http://www.snapfiles.com set up a timed ftp session to download all the files to a local drive, install IIS, then setup another script to run the stat files and then finally setup another autoftp time to upload the files to your website or alternatly just host them using the IIS you installed to run the script. Just dont forget to to baseline the PC you will be using to host, install no-ip.com if you have a dynamic IP, give the PC that will host the website a static internal IP and forward port 80 to the IP.
Would anyone be interested in a stand alon PHP application that would ftp the files, parse them and then reupload to a webserver?
