  1. i play CSS sometimes, the gameplay is somewhat different a CSS friend played graw online at my place and found it a good game cause it was less chaotic than the random CSS server (graw domination mode) load times are longer (depending on ram how much longer) you have to log in and browse, you get in the game quick, but that might change with possible settings to come (not sure but could happen) for now you can join a game like CSS spawn killing is something that happens, but it is as far as i have seen not that often (been killed that way no more than 3 times + the 3 times a nutcas
  2. ubi hosts servers for (i think..) a)dedi server test (hope so) b)to have servers that support only original graw (no mods etc.) c)because they have to ? not supporting your own game does not show faith in your own product ?? but we only would know the truth when we ask a ubi person this ! i think it is good they host a server because it shows their faith and support and DEDIcation ??
  3. i thought i saw him after the mexico trip online in the bottom online list but can't be sure it did surprise me at that time but i do think he still reads the forum, just not replying or logging in i can understand it though, he is bo, we all expect something from him (and the other grin folk) but he got more at stake, for all i care, he logs in with *johnDoe*
  4. going to play with the map editor, waiting for scripting tools for coop nothing big i think just play, but if it takes flight and starts to cancel out my GF then it might get serious, and or serious trouble...... i have got some senario's for missions so i will try those what ever
  5. open editor, create new project just play with mouse button 1 & 2 space bar ASWD and the arrows select objects from menu's and place randomly, again play with space mouse and aswd and arrow keys removing can be done with right mouse or del. once that is done you get the basics i guess have fun

  7. like the patch but found that it seems to be a little more demanding or equally demanding to 1.10 patch, i seem to have more crashes think it is memory related, it asks about 775mb from the 1gb i got, (okay need to trim my windows a bit to free some of the 300+ mb the sys tray and others use) guess i need to get more ram ...... i am happy though with the editor and the extras we have got, even the AA option (lets call it that for those who disagree with the term AA) is not bad, gives some atmosphere to the game thanks for the patch grin, and i will look towards the comming patches
  8. tried it it is quite easy to lay down a little patch of ground, place some props and it is really nice but like the game it is kind of a resource hog it crashed on me, but i have to read the readme file saw some stuff about crashing noted there, not yet paid full attention to it but it has got some answeres i guess looks sweet though the editor, needs some time to get used to it but it can do dom and dm mode for now as far as i have read and have seen give it a try, think it can do some awesome stuff ....... (we do need a 3dmax plugin to create our own props) but i am happy, off
  9. the coop part of the editor comes in july or august (i was sure it was july but my memory slips....like my pc with graw.......) with the coop you can also make SP missions i figure as they will automaticly fill the playerspaces with AI otherwise you can host a lan coop and play alone like SP missions with the added bonus of no AI if you want that
  10. think that you will know once the patch is out, don't think that grin will giva away their secrets (know it because somewhere they answered this question like this on the forum somewhere) don't mind them, it has been a long wait for this patch ..........

  13. in SP missions when you load the previous load point you can see where you have changed mags they stay there into the next load funny to see that mags do remain even after en new load up of a mission i hope there is some limit like 100 casings or 200, because it will be a resource hog when the enemy casings will be on the map all the time, they shoot so much to suppres you

  15. they only would have to put in a mini scope (acog or 4x32/6x32) put it on mr-c or scar and voila we have the void filled but a dedicated weapon would be nice, svd like ??
  16. the snipe scope on the mr-c seems a bit off..... think its position should be more to the back of the gun (to fit the rail as a cosmetic change) so the eye is closer to the scope, think it is smaller compared to the position as seen on other guns, (the reticule) maybe it is just me but it seems to be more "shakey" on the mr-c but i love what you have done nice work
  17. i like the way the skin reacts to the lighting on the screenshots i think your skin does do well if you look at the shadow and sun lit areas in your screenshots good job this skin
  18. i would like a rebel hunt or terrorist hunt in dom mode, so the confusion and the fights become more intense, like the maps we have now are huge (love that though) but for dom you could make the most important zone be guarded by AI or make them patrole some zones, place snipers on roofs, so the running in the beginning is less and more dangerous, maybe i am alone on this but it would make for better immersion from the start as both teams are under attack from the start randomize it ofcourse because otherwise it would be simple after the first few times as for terrorist hunt or

Most of the time Publishers aren't actual gamers, they're just idiotic businessmen. i think FPS on consoles beat that on the PC money wise, thus more important for publisher and see it as a money game like monopoly or MAD, ubi plays well and they are gamers in that scence, they try to stay in the game we get what we deserve, if the PC market was the big player and the consoles were "the other platform" we would not complain about this.... be happy we got support and dedication from the dev team for this game, even if it might not suit your liking it is the best we can get S

  22. friendly names and diamonds should be toggled on or of individually, client side, names maybe server side but the diamonds do help against unintentional teamkills and i would expect that that will be realistic in future to see friendlies like that or something like that names come in handy when you want to thank someone for backing you up, or recalling situations to improve on or what ever, makes for better communication, i like the option of names when pointing at someone because it gives some battle awareness, if you know the person you know the gameplay of that individual and you ca
