the coop/sp scripting tutorial also scripting of events like object destruction as in the SP missions where buildings fall apart or C4 demo run excisting mission editing scripting tutorial ?? it can be done with the presidents model, he is in civies cloth so it can be skinned different, maybe diff face and voila cob's (do not give gun and let them walk in circles... like in [GR], script them that way) don't know how the scripting goes but the skins are not that hard i think you could also make civies out of other skins by deleting (changing) the mil. pieces like ammo pouches

hmmm, i was just scetching layouts for three maps... village (in 4 versions) farm (4 versions) and bridges (4...) each in the layout we know, but in the mexico setting, using the right props i think it can be very nice (at least in side my head) while at work i could almost play the maps i think the props if used wisely can be perfect, just need to find the right lighting for the maps but don't worry OP, i am a slow starter ......

but GRin is one of a few devs. that I've been able to give feedback to so openly. It's a bumpy start but it will pick up , and be what it wanted to be. Viiiper when you have a formula that gave you a hit stick with it. If it worked before it will work again I welcome fresh ideas but don't change the core. Man some of you guys just don't get it. I haven't seen any benefits from communicating with the devs. When this game was released most here said that we need it TDM and what did we get. the patch is nice but when i reinstall the game including reboots etc. and then install the patch it says it is already up to date, then goes on installing, it seems that when uninstalling it does not remove itself from the registry of windows... and then sometimes it forgets the editor exe... then uninstall and reboot and install and it does work, but still says it is up to date ... ???? not such a big deal in my opinion but think you ought to know (needed to reinstall because of changing partitions)

at the moment you are right, but i think once we get on our way (hopefully soon but realisticly i think autum) there will be "original maps" it is good to raise concerns about seemingly lack of content protection, but this is the way to make it happen, to talk about it i think we will have a RvS kinda storm of maps which are fun for one day but i also have high hopes for great maps because of [GR] history and dedication maybe the dev's can look into custom content protection and otherwise maybe there are other ways (i know of other communities that have such protections) though i

Agreed. I wouldn't doubt that what RSE had already done for GR2 PC would have been better than GRAW. give grin two years and see what they come up with, cause we have not seen that yet

tdm will be released in july for all i know it has been posted and announced several times

GR4 ??? think it would be GR3 cause graw is GR2 pc wise ..... think the next GR will be even heavier and more demanding on the pc and it will depend on graws succes first GRAW should get up there to meet every ones hopes and or dreams so we can FLAME GR4 or GR3 in comparisment to GRAW !!!! looking out for the coop/tdm patch and an expansion then play it for years so we can all get back to whinning about the new kid on the block (gr3/4)

even though there was only 6 players on one of the official servers yesterday, it ran remarkably well... for a while, and then they closed it down. ideally, those servers should be hosted on monster machines with insane bandwidth connections. we'll see... We me and a few others went in one of there servers and it ran like it was using 2 cups and a string for internet connection.. Nice. Empty. Just like Grin/Ubi. Empty. emptyness is a great state of mind, some just have not learned to apriciate it
