  1. there was a use key already (X) for rapelling down the rope and lifting the president, dropping him off in the chopper they just added new X features Options is the key, and reduces the risk of being "damned". In due course the players will sort out what MP settings are the most popular and optimal, like they did in GR (which had a few more of the vital server options than GRAW has like next map map random, random insertion (out of 4 zones), no friendly markers or set to reticule only, arcade option, more map variety, day night, weather conditions etc) oh and a rest roo
  2. i think from the hip should be without reticule (although i was one who liked the old reticule back) or shoting from the hip should have more spread, or uncontrolability what ever seems more realistic.... as for the number of players.... i don't know about others, but i like the game and numbers of players do not change my perspective on the game, make it more run and gun and you get more CSS people in make it more realistic and the old folks are happy, it is a tricky balance act i am just happy when i can play at a random moment, and use as little spawns as possible i think it also
  3. #1, i have not played [GR] in a while so i'll take your word on it #2, maybe that is because they are different weapons ? and or people would complain about inaccurate weapons ? (god knows they would complain...) #3, there is little but i think it is enough, or it is your aim that is off, remembering a game on a server where i got you multiple times one shot / one burst, they are lethal weapons.... #4 never noticed reticules close time, i mostly shoot iron sight. which does need to straighten befor i can shoot. i remember some thing ... it is darn accurate when panic reacting but
  4. i think it is more dependend on the players and respawn rules than the gameplay or design, games in the last five years came closer and closer in gameplay design, more people favour to run and gun their way towards victory and the more carefull player or hidden camping sniper is more often being over run, that is how most games play now a days, but it is the player who does run and gun, not the game, you could just as easy run and gun in [GR], but there was one limiting factor, distance, and cover. hopefully with new rural maps that will bwe set straight but you will still see the run
  5. with the new recon mode comming i think it would KICK @$$ as it is SO silent with silencer....

  7. we fell with GR once when the limp was lost in IT (ubi seems to want this out..... as with other injury effects) game play might have suffered because of time tables, maybe making it up with graw 2 (we have to wait and see) variaty, who knows why and what, it did not reach [GR] levels they are still at work so cross fingers on part 2 options, guess that is something which is learned by doing wrong or right, they missed some options, hopefully they have green light or the will to give us more this time server tools and as i read in a post of ROCCOAFZ in graw thread, can use some w

  11. i hope it is what graw has with two extra rifles and a new sniper a new sub machine and a new pistol. maybe a neat toy for in the backpack maybe inter chancable scopes this time. eotech on scar and aim point on mr-c little things like that
  12. i think for me it would depend on quality and system resource in game voip might be simple and compatible but will the game be smoother or will the sound quality be equal to TS ? can you customize it like TS ?(codec, in- output controles, teams etc. ?) vent and TS are good to use and maybe for one core gamers a lot of stress on the cpu, but an in game voip might be just as much of stress and often with less controle.
  13. i said it because css has that feature, like the buying feature.... but to sum it up first of all i think it is not tactical, from a thinking mind of view. you load up for a mission befor going out, that means you have got the best weapon for the job, stick with it. second is that you should only get that weapon and the mag in it, not the whole bunch of ammo the (dead)player had, and if so, then taking weapons should take more time to gather all ammo. third, you pick a weapon, you take ammo with you, run out of ammo, BAD choise in planning, pay for it. and i just don't like it
  14. back on track, what would you like to see for weapons ?? starting with 2 for each catagory ? (hoping they might do a add on )
  15. you might wanna check your bios for gpu apature(or something) check if it is the same as your gpu mb i had lots of auto reboots (blue screens) when i set the game to medium and my bios to 256mb apature it went away. don't know if it is the same problem but you might wanna check it

  17. people nowadays are spoiled and don't know c64 games or the computer.. and most people demand high res and visual pleasure from games only those who know old games know it does not spoil the fun when it looks less than the other new games
  18. ubi can also hope to get rid of this bunch and get new customers that don't complain as much every day a potential gamer is born and ubi knows that, though i hope they stay loyal to us like we are to them
  19. i would say that if you count all possible weapon configs in graw you get a lot for the few weapons you have most are stock weapons with or without GL, sights, frontgrip, silencer, the variations you can make are enough to get a round twenty different set ups , prolly more.... (say 5 for each assault rifle) (2 for most secondairy weapons) and a free backback to equip, compared to [GR] that is quite nice, cause there you were stuck with two slots and pre arranged kits, making it look a lot but not always what you wanted think it was a good start, a few more weapons to be added and i
  20. @JQ maybe graw is a raw version of graw2 ? or experimental work to see if it would work ? then graw was the pre work for graw two with all they learned from it thus graw2 has some more dev time.... it is pure speculation on my part........ but they might have done more for graw2 now than for graw

Dear Beta testers, could you please look for the recon in ([GR])COOP ?? think you will and i think grin will have done it but still i ask because i would love to get to the extraction with a minimal amount of kills @hockeystick, i know the graw effect i love it and i can do a pretty good recon but in the [GR] game type those snipers people place are like bio geneticly enhanced, or the AI for those are upped to a point of non sneaking past graw has done pretty well, i have had ai walk past me and not notice me in the shadow, but it is a rare moment but a lot of fun
  22. thanks for the detailed info guys its clearer in my head now if it is in there i would hope it is audiable and visual stealth o meter.... @ peace, i once had a [GR] recon in IT where one was standing less than a meter from me and i was SCARED as hell love those moments i can only hope grin can reproduce those moments
