  1. Thx WhiteKnight.

I do run Dedicated Co-oP strictly. the server is usually full in 10 min.

People like coop and dont have alot of servers to choose from.

Also to make it more fun I dont set a password for remote admin. People really enjoy being able to pick there own maps and game type.

My only rules are coop only, and no players restricted from the server.

I moniter my connection and have kept player to ip sorted out and that makes it real easy to eject and ban players. But hard to do and play to.

If anything come up please post a reply.

Weather control and on the fly mod control would be nice too.

Ghost recon despritly needs a text console for the server admin.

At the very least more administrative control.

You can do chickerun or squirrelkite for your dedicated server by starting it up as an SP game first, then entering them in the console. Run the game then close it down. Start you dedicated server back up and you should have chickens and squirrels coming out of your weapons. Wicked surprise for those who don't expect it.

    This works very well....

However I cant seem to make it work on a "dedicated" server.

It works fine on a multiplayer server.....

But to get it to work with the "Dedicated Launcher" you have to put a command line in the "Exe Arguments" box (I use chickenrun). This results in the main game launcher executing. Also, it adds you as a dedicated server on UBI.com. You follow up with whitknight77s work around (Baring a modification)

*You start the dedicated server launcher, set it up, launch it with a exe argument in place (I use chickenrun). run a quick game, get it all started. hit enter on the number pad. add the commands to the command line. hit esc to close console. test your settings. Quit the game and close to the games main menu. Click multiplayer. Start a game. people logging on from UBI will be in for quite a suprize.

The draw back is its not "Really" a "Dedicated Server"

    Great work around WhitKnight77

If anyone come up with a more refined way to do this please let us know.
