It looks like Ubisoft are starting to think remaking their older Tom Clancy titles may be in their best interests, with it confirmed that they're working on a splinter cell remake, and with Operation Motherland DLC for Ghost Recon Breakpoint bringing some retro characters back, I'm wondering if a Ghost Recon remake may be on the cards if this project works out well for them.
Send Them To Me!

Before anyone goes postal on me, this is for Steam users who do not care about the new trading card system.

If you have no use for the cards but find yourself in possession of some, and know they will either gather digital dust or take quite a bit of effort for $0.35 return, I ask that you send them to me. The reason I collect them is incidental; due to my medical condition, I basically live in front of a computer, so I spend quite a bit of time (and money) on games, SP mostly as I have some limits that prevent me from MP yet. This puts me at quite a high "rank" in terms of the Steam trading card system, but my lack of MP means trading is very difficult.

And yes, I am willing to pay, trade, or my preference buy your games and swap them, if you have quite a few to send me.

The short version: If I know you here, friend me on Steam and I'll buy you games that are likely just a bit more than you would get from just selling the cards.

It's about a group of modders (22 people I believe) who make HL2 mods just for the love of it.

They've created mods for 8 years and you can read more at the link above.

This mod is about recreating Jurassic Park based on the first movie, so far everything looks great and this year should be the 20th anniversary of Jurassic Park's movie, so they're hoping to finish this game this year.

This is a short video of the games progress so far, there's still a lot more to come:

Hey all,

Been a while since I've stopped in. I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with table top role playing games, but I've been playing them since I was a kid. Since high school, I've been playing one in particular, based on a real world, pan-dimensional apocalypse of sorts: Torg.

So one of the recurring characters in my online game is a female Australian reporter working for BBC radio. I had the idea that if I could find someone willing, it would be awesome to have a lady with the right accent make an audio recording of some fake news story that I could use to start an adventure off.

Anyone out there that would be willing to try filling this absurd request for help?

With Aperture-brand turrets, boots, bots and panels flooding the applied science aisle of your local department store, you could forgive the up-and-coming test lab for taking a breather. Whether you're a mega-science corporation with decades of test experience, or a young start-up liberating your first test subject from non-testing with a chloroform-soaked rag, Aperture guarantees results.
Hey everyone,

SSCE Hockey Zone, one of the oldest servers available on the online game Subspace/Continuum (whatever you want to call it), is just about to start the 16th season of the Realistic Subspace Hockey League (RSHL).

If you've never played SS/Continuum, it's basically an online space shooter in the same spirit as Asteroids, with improved graphics and gameplay. Hockey Zone is a mod of this game that turns it into a fast-paced game of hockey. Players can choose one of 8 ship types (6 player ships and 2 goalie ships, each with its own advantages and disadvantages), join an RSHL team, and battle it out for the Blackie Cup (named for one of the original employees of VIE, the company that made Subspace), the oldest and most prestigious trophy in the history of online pseudo-sports. The first Blackie Cup was awarded 11 years ago, in 1998.

Anyway, the game is really fun, and really looking for new players. Subspace is one of the oldest games on the internet, and HZ is so fun that it's still around today. So hopefully we'll see you there. There are plenty of teams with roster openings and plenty of time to sharpen your skills before the season starts.

GTA IV is due to be released for the PC in November.

Unfortunantely, the reccomended requirements for GTA IV is pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I was thinking about purchasing it but after seeing the reccomended specs I think my 50$ will be spent elsewhere . (I dont have a Multi-core CPU, 2 GB RAM , or 512MB Video)

The recommended specs for GTA IV are; Windows XP SP2, Dual core processor (Intel Pentium D or above), 2GB of RAM, 18GB of hard drive space, a 512MB Direct 3D 10 compatible video card or Direct3D 9 card, and a DVD dual-layer drive. All things considered, the recommended settings could have been a whole lot loftier.

Looks like its going to be like "Mass Effect" - Link 2

Only three activations, I was really thought Spore looked like a cool game until I read about this crap, I wont be buying it if it has this. Not to mention SecuROM .

Hi everyone!

Here is the deal. I am working on a mod for Bandits: Phoenix Rising, and I need some help.

Actually, all help I can get is useful, especially help regarding getting the DIESEL exporter for 3ds max 7 (from the GRAW) to work with Bandits, and how to spawn enemies, pickups etc on custom maps.

Regard this, I have gotten a LONG way towards my goal for my mod.

You can all check it out here:
