Problem with fonts and info boxes in game

Hi, i search help for have bigger fonts in menu ,info boxes in game etc...so, I use the Eisenhauer Font.res who is perfect till this day , i see recently (i don't know why now) 2 problems , the text that appear when you click to abort or end a mission is very (very) small (do you want to end ...) but the boxes in game like "mission complete" or others are very (very) big with a bigger text but not centered (justified to the left) ....I try a fresh install ,but it's the same problem ,i dont' remember that the clean original GR has these info boxes ,even with the original Font.res. I know it's purely cosmetic but...😉. Also ,i search for modifications i make to have a personal GR to understand how the differents elements of the interface work : fonts, menus ,info boxes . Certainly , posts or tuto on Ghost Recon.net but i search with zéro results !

Ghost Recon only works at 640x840

I can start the game, watch the intro videos, select my campaign, mission, and team. But if the resolution is set to anything other than 640x480, the game goes into a windowed mode and locks to the upper-left corner of my monitor, and is fully unresponsive. I have to go into task manager to close the game.
