Hi Guys,

Games looks visually great but unfortunately I haven't bee able to play yet due to not be able to look around.

It's almost as if the game doesn't recognise my mouse which is a Corsair Scimitar RGB pro.

Its probably something I can fix my end but I haven't had this issue before so if anyone could help it would be appreciated.

Buttons work on my mouse in game just no ability to look around.

	Thanks,

I haven't had much problems with Ghost Recon Future Soldier on my PC. I'm loving the campaign and I was really getting into it, apart from a poor FPS I was enjoying the game a lot. I was actually thinking of recommending it to my friends. I can't get on the multipalyer but I didn't worry too much about that I was going to focus on that after I completed the campaign.

Now I can't get onto the game at all. I'm really bloody annoyed too. I start up the game and watch the company logo's and stuff, then the intro movie, yeah yeah skip that. Once I get to the 'PRESS ANY KEY' screen. I press any key and I'm greeted with a nice little Error noise and the game crashes and a Error Message comes up titled

'Yeti'

Fatal Error: Generate Minidump?

 YES NO

I ignore it and end the process of the game with Task Manager. Every time I start the game this message comes up now. I was on version 1.2 and it started happening in the middle of a fun mission when you have to rescue some Russian General or something. Anyway, desperate to get back into the game I Reinstalled the game and now I'm on version 1.0 and I still get this same message. AGGGHHHH!!!! Fix this bug I'm really annoyed I feel like I ###### away my money on something that doesn't work. Does anybody know how I can fix this or do I have to wait for 1.3 Patch which probably won't fix it anyway. Please help.

I have been out of the game for awhile (about two months) games like COD n even BF are kinda played out for me, as in been there done that just a new look (my opinion). GRFS is what I would consider my game. I'm nasty at it, both MP, SP. That said I LOVE the game. Many had issues but I never had any both connection and GFX. Again, I fire it up, DL the 1.8 and now 30 to 45 FPS on most MP maps. I even disabled the REFLECTION and lowered the GLOBAL LIGHTING. While that helps, still FPS are quite low compared to my previous sessions of non stop, pre 1.8, gameplay... for MONTHS. Any ideas????? Also disabling v-sync help a little but not enough and again never had any issues before.

Well, I figured I might as well share my trials and tribulations installing this game, and perhaps some people can learn from my experiences ...

First, this goes for anyone trying to get help in the Tech Support forums - make sure you list your system specs as follows:

OS/CPU/RAM/GPU/Driver version

I am running Windows 7 64-bit on a Core 2 Quad Q6600, 4GB RAM, GeForce 570, 301.42 WHQL driver

I purchased the Signature Edition boxed version of the game. The only place I could find it was at EB Games. No other big box stores in town were carrying it - no wonder PC sales are low if its not even on the shelves.

The boxed version comes with 2 DVDs. Makes sense as the final amount of HD space it takes is 15GB. Makes me wonder how they fit all this on one Xbox 360 DVD.

Anyone out there can tell me how many GB the Steam version is?

I figured I'd wait until a few patches before trying it out. Many people forget even old games like the original R6 needed a few patches before running smoothly.

This thing took me over an hour to install. Why?

- Install from DVDs - find out I better uninstall my old version of Punkbuster first. Also installs a 2008 version of C++ redistributable (different than the one BF3 uses) and DirectX runtimes

- Fire it up the first time and auto-patches to v1.1

- Start the game and installs Uplay

- Have to set up Uplay account - sheesh

- Fire up second time and auto-patches to v1.2

- Start the game and crashes after intro video

- Restart game and auto-patches to v1.3 (Ubi should develop a patching system that does subsequent patches all in one go - like Blizzard does)

- Start the game and crashes after intro video. I figure maybe I set the resolution too high (1900x1200) so I lower it to 1600x900

- Start the game and make it to the intro video of the first mission - crashes - says my driver stopped working and recovered. The game is actually still running - I can here the audio but no video and I have to force the game to quit through Windows Task Manager.

- I was running Nvidia's v285 driver so I decide to update to the latest 301.42

- Start the game and crashes a few seconds after intro video for first mission finishes. Says I got a runtime error.

- Restart the game and try to see if multiplayer works. Make it to the character selection screen and game crashes again.

From what I can see the graphics are pretty sweet. SP seems to be a lot of cut-scene storytelling going on.

Don't have time to fool around with this any longer tonight. See if I have better luck whenever I get time to try this again.

We get this error message when we try to connect to each other in Campaign or Guerilla: "Unable to join session. Host is using Downloadable Content which you do not have"

All 4 of us have the same versions of the PC game. Two persons have a MAC using bootcamp for Future Soldier PC . What's strange is that they used to be able to connect to us "Pure PC" gamers. Now only two of us running PC can join each other. After the 1.6 patch this error occurs, hindering the MAC users with bootcamp to join.

However running bootcamp on a MAC should not affect the PC experince in any way. The MAC should be a "pure PC" when running bootcamp. Or am I wrong?

Any ideas how we could get all of us connected. Any cache that needs to be cleared, firewall settings??

Appreciating any ideas.
