Why do I keep looking like a 82nd Airborne soldier?

I am having the same problem as the other guy. No matter what WOI mod I play, the skins are ALWAYS 82nd Airborne. How do I fix this?

Running the mod through the basic game won't let you change options. What you have to do is go into the mod folder and find an exe launcher for WOI. Click on single player, then whichever of "available theaters" you want, then the "period of war", and the boxes for the countries lights up. It becomes self explanatory after that.
Unfortunately for us noobs, there was no readme explaining this in any of the files.
