The Bushmaster Campaign
Added: 25/08/09 04:34:00
Description: The Bushmaster Campaign

Act I:
Devil's Island Day
Urban War Day
Crashsite Escape Day

Act II:
Vips' Retreat Night
The Bushmasters Revenge Day
Combat Dawn Day

Act III:
Ghost Town Day
Fort Horizon Night
Allied Force day

All the missions include:
1. New loading screens
2. Custom briefings and mission maps
3. At least 1 resupply mule for each mission
4. All missions are based on the single player coop missions plus AI patrols have been changed/reduced on some maps.

Special Instructions:
The only issues I have found so far is with the use of pickups, missions that use the pickups for insertion are working as they should, you will start the mission in the vehicles with the ghost AI in the rear, for some reason I am unable to get the Ghost AI to use the pickups at extraction, players will be able to use the vehicles for extraction and the game will end as it should but you will have to leave the Ghost AI behind. Combat Dawn has a Blackhawk at extraction and the same applies here, you will have to leave the Ghost AI behind.

To install, place the campaign_bushmaster_v1_3 bundle into your “custom_levels” folder. Start GRAW2 then select “Campaign” in the lower left of your screen. Use the arrows in the upper right to select the “Bushmaster_Campaign”. Enjoy!

IMPORTANT:
Please remove any old versions before installing this release or the game will crash on start-up.

Reporting crashes or issues:
If you have any problems using this campaign then please use the Documentation link below which will redirect you to the release thread in the Ghost Recon.net forums.

In mission "combat dawn" I cannot distroy the control panel on roof. All other objectives completed but cannot go on to next mission because of this. Any ideas?

Posted By dahuns on 23/01/10 15:39:16

I have completed all of the objectives for Ghost Town, but I cannot extract.  There is no objective for extraction.  Do you have any advice?

Posted By omillan on 19/03/10 22:07:11

how do you go pass the fort horizon mission if before finishes loading in the very begining they kill you?

Posted By omillan on 19/03/10 22:10:08

Dahuns, is because it is another objective, almost secret it is on a little plaza, then after you'll find your way out. good luck!

Posted By omillan on 25/03/10 01:49:02

come on people no one has the answer to my question, How do you do to move without being noticed by the enemy in the 'fort horizon mission? they kill me even before my computer loads the game.

JohnTC02, do you have the answer? please.

I played "Ghost Town" and it's weird...but after I've completed all the objectives, there are still a few guys left. But they all just start dying on their own(???) and I eventually get shot, but I have no clue of where it's coming from. There's not even a sound. And there's no extraction. Help?

How distroy the control panel on roof in mission "combat dawn" ?????

Posted By pdanoe on 16/10/10 13:55:50

I especially liked the first map, devil's island day. I think the campaign mode comes at its best in open landscapes. I recreated my team into 3 riflemen, which is usually the most effective.

Helicopters are quite irritating to deal with, as they can wipe out the whole support team in one hit. However I really like the comments from the support team when they Zeus the helicopter: "Taking the shot !"

it was a nice game maybe if u can improve the game by adding more weapons and changing their body armor, and can plant traps.... thanks a lot

Also stuck on the roof of combat dawn, cannot destroy the control panel, John?

Im stuck on "Fort Horizon Night" I also die as the mission loads, am I doing something wrong? The Campaign has been great and super fun.

Posted By Scott Mitchell on 07/05/11 07:00:43

Does work in single-player demo?

Hi, I played the first mission, Devil's Island, and it's really great stuff, I love how the objectives lead you to spiral round the island to reach the top at the end... Excellent work sir. However, at the beginning of the second mission, my character spawns straight out of the helicopter, resulting in a game over. Anyone else have this problem? I'd be really grateful, as this mod seems most promising. Thank you in advance!

Posted By Dan on 21/08/11 07:47:43

Never mind, I updated to 1.05 and the level starts normally. I must say, this is a really great mod! The mission organisation really means you play through each inch of the map, while still keeping an almost total freedom of movement. I love it and would even go as far as to say that the way the missions are organised is better than the original game, a little too directive at times. On the third mission in the forset I truly felt like I was in the original Ghost Recon. Keep up the good work, and thank you!

It's toldly nice MOD.  I'm lovin' it.But I can't destroy the "Control Panel" in mission "combat dawn".

Posted By Mancika on 21/10/11 15:09:49

hi

nice job! thank!

but... I can't destroy the conrol panel :( move to close or a little distance, looking around up/down but there is no "Perxx X o c4"

if I use grenade, then panle is destroyed, but the objective is still active.

I can open down the cover of strings over the 3 panal, i can open then panel "A" (try to shoot it :) ) but nothing happend :(

How can i continue the mission??

Posted By Caribe95 on 15/12/11 15:58:28

Hi, same problem here with "combat dawn", can't plant explosives on the control panel.

Could it be the order of the objectives? I left the CP to the end.

Thanks.

Posted By Glock23 on 12/02/12 07:32:38

I'm having the same trouble with "Combat Dawn" (can't place C4 on the control panel) as has been reported above.  I think I've killed all the bad guys and it the last remainng objective.  I hate leaving campaigns uncompleted, but it's starting to look like that is what I'll have to do...  Has anyone figured this out?

Posted By backshooter on 13/02/12 15:09:37

I've barely started on Devils Island, and it's an unbelievable slaughter.

I may have to start over with some backup.

Posted By Glock23 on 14/02/12 07:23:54

Per instructions from another part of this web site, I restarted the level, made sure the helicopter fell out of the sky, killed all the bad guys and then did the contral panel.  I found that by crouching and go over to the right-hand switch box I could plant the C-4.  I then completed blowing up the rest of the targets.   Thanks for a great mod....

Posted By Glock23 on 16/02/12 10:20:23

Finally completed this campaign and it was a lot of fun.  What I usually do is only use my AI guys to hold the original insertion point or set them up at choke points to protect my six.  All in all a fun time!  Cheers

Posted By YUK on 18/02/12 08:19:05

>"crouching and go over to the right-hand switch box..." I cannot find that. and there is no crashed hericopter on the roof. Can you find the helicopter in your savedata? help me someone...

Posted By Mike on 12/07/12 00:58:06

I don't know if you guys are still around, I just need a solution. In the ghost town mission I can't get the helicopter to land at extraction, what should I do?
