No. Ghost Recon is a Tom Clancy title, like Rainbow Six, it is produced by the same guys that brought you Rainbow Six/Rogue spear - but it is not the next Rainbow Six game. Rainbow Six centred on an elite CT group called "Rainbow", Ghost Recon's focus is an elite army squad called "The Ghosts".
