During the first mission, I get to the point where I have just collected my entire team and I have received orders to make my way back to a rendezvous point for extraction.  As we are moving out, the game crashes.

Under settings/profile go to profile.xml & open with notepad and change Campaign_last_event = "7361766567616d65" />
Campaign_progress_value = "21090307140200" /> this unlocks all missions & allows you to continue with game.
