On Tuesday we reported on Ubisoft’s latest DRM measures that effectively prevented PC users from playing Anno 2070 on a PC that have subsequently been upgraded 3 times. Today a new annnouncement seems to indicate that at least GPU upgrades will not be tracked, so PC users can upgrade their graphics cards without fear of a game lock out.
This sounds promising for Ghost Recon Future Soldier, as fans wait to hear just how intrusive the protection measures on the next Ghost Recon title are going to be.
