I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time and effort to plan and contribute to a special Ghost Recon Community surprise for me on my Birthday yesterday. Little did I know that so many GhostRecon.net regulars and fans from across the community had been working away at a secret forum for many weeks, to organise a surprise visitor to hand deliver several gifts to me last night.
It made it a very special day for me, and I’ll always remember it. The Logitech steering wheel gift is fantastic, as are all the other gifts, like magnumKP’s Rocky mp3 and Silentnight’s Rocky powerpoint presentation , the custom Rocky mousemat from the guys at =UE= and even the custom car for Nascar racing from NYR. I understand there are also some military challenge coins on their way from the USA from zjj, and a package from Ubi Soft! To all those that were so generous and donated for a gift, I plan on upgrading my ageing graphics card for something with a lot more punch – who knows I might need it soon for Ghost Recon 2!!
This truly is a gaming community like no other, thanks again to you all, Staff and fans alike, you are the best!
