Ghost Recon remains one of Ubisoft’s top properties, boosting revenue ahead of financial forecasts. Ghost Recon Future Soldier achieved higher than expected sales, contributing strongly to a 27% year on year revenue increase for Ubisoft.
Turning their focus on next gen consoles that should be arriving in 2013, and the free to play market are key drivers for Ubisoft moving forward. With the free to play Ghost Recon Online moving into open beta shortly and with its final release later this year, Ubisoft will be looking to achieve similar success with Ghost Recon Online.
