Battleborne Sue Acclaim

You’ll probably remember Battleborne from many moons ago when they produced an awesome Ossetian Woodlands Ghost Recon mod (21,000+ downloads), then Ghost Recon designer John Sonedecker joined them and they started work on Combat Elite: WWII Paratroopers. We even pulled off an exclusive interview about the project with John Sonedecker back in December.

Well, since then an interesting turn of events has seen Battleborne take publisher Acclaim to court over alleged unpaid fees. For Acclaim this is seriously bad news as they have not been in good financial shape of late, and for gamers, it looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer to see how Combat Elite is looking!
