Lightspeed is preparing a brand new Ghost Recon 1 tournament for this summer. His Behind Enemy Lines single player tournament missions last year were superb, and were recently re-coded for coop play.

Anyone interested in taking part in this new tournament should post their preferences in this forum discussion now.

Ubisoft's CEO has revealed to Routers that they will be announcing an exclusive title for the PS3 shortly. I'm guessing the title may be revealed during the Ubidays event, scheduled to open in three days.

The Best Stuff in the World is a cool new Web2.0 website that appeals to everyones fondness for lists. Anyone can create a list, add an entry, or vote in an existing list. Of course, there is a Best Computer Game list, and Ghost Recon is already listed.

As the site is quite new, although there are many games listed most only have a handful of votes, so sign up now and give Ghost Recon a vote - let's get it up there into the top ten for the launch of GRAW 2 PC next month!

Once you've done that, entertain yourself by typing anything you like into the home page, and see which lists it appears in!

Ubisoft have published an interview with GRIN that reveals many details about the PC version of GRAW2.

There's talk of 12 player co-op, dedi server tools and remote access for admins - read the full interview at Ubi.com, and also check our forums for clarification on some of the details.

Ubisoft have announced that a GRAW 2 PC Multiplayer demo will be released soon.

"For everyone who didn't manage to get into the closed beta, we'd like to announce that we will have a multiplayer demo coming up."

Forum discussion here. Those fans who did manage to get in on the beta should note that it closes on Sunday.

How cool would it be to have seven (count 'em), new maps to download for GRAW2 X360 that were remakes of classic Ghost Recon maps? Even cooler, they are available for download right now on Xbox Live!

The seven maps are remakes of a selection from Ghost Recon 2, GR 2: Summit Strike and the original GRAW. There are images and videos at IGN. Forum discussion here.
