MarkAm_i
I found something that is really quite cool. There's a way you can switch your current weapon with another kit. Of course it doesn't depend on proximity to a weapon on the ground, but I do like to play it that way. So what I do is if I've lost a man and want to swap his kit with someone else's, I find their body with the guy I want to switch kits with. Then I note how many frags the dead guy had used from his kit, and I limit myself to that number when I use the kit I am picking up. Here's how: bring up the console by hitting Enter. You type the word (kit), no parentheses. It's kit, space and the kit description. The description of the kit can be found either in the coop_avatar.toe file if you are in MP or the avatar.toe file if in SP, depending what you’re playing. These are located at: Red Storm Entertainment\Ghost Recon\Data\Temp An example: kit "rifleman-17.kit"/> or kit "dieuter_munz-01.kit"/> Now, it's important to type the kit description in exactly right. The word kit, single space, and the description. Otherwise the game will crash. It's a bit awkward at first, but once I gained confidence in the method it is a really cool aspect to add to the GR experience. To have kit pick-ups in ole GR is pretty damn sweet. RileyFletcher_01
Cool idea, could be fun. Too bad it doesn't work as a default feature. If you have Island Thunder, you could assign yourself the enemy kits or the new friendly kits with AKs as well (rifleman kits 20 or so)

RileyFletcher_01
You always can learn something new about GR. Although I've known about the 'kit' console command, I only found out about shuffling this year Yeah be careful about getting the name right; I used to try the kit command and it always crashed because I left the .kit tag off, not knowing anything about the game engine at that time.
