RL problems continued for me with my car breaking down Thursday night. (Still at the garage at present)

Thought it was time to do what I have been promising myself for about 2 years now.

Buy another motorbike!

HONDA CBR 600 ROAD LEGAL TRACK BIKE

Had a few hours this afternoon to get familiar with it, a very nippy machine indeed. Really pleased with it, look forward to some good days out.

Included is a second set of wheels with new wet tyres fitted.

Love it lots so far.

Is in the shop at present having full lighting system fitted, plus new ignition and cut out switch.. Currently running on a day time MOT. Not happy with no back lights mainly. Set of fork seals needed also. Very good friend from over 10 years ago I find, has a motorbike workshop in my town here, even knows this bike, plus last owner, plus previous owner to him. had nothing but good comments about the bike.

Going to be weekend before I see it again.

Neil

An old friend, we used to be together years ago. Sure he will fix it up.

Still has the stickers on the front fairing from last race at Alton park.

Picked up a CBR 1100 XX Super Blackbird this week. Lovely machine in fantastic condition.

Couple of shots with and without full tactical gear:

NICE!!! Last summer they still had a brand new 06 or 07 sitting at a Honda dealer about 30 miles from me. It was a silver one like the pic in your web link. Dealer wanted more than it listed for new. :censored: Still have your 600 also?

I do still have the 600, not really wanting to get rid of it, fantastic bike. :) Hope to take it to a track some day.
