How do I post videos? I tried using the Insert Media button but it didn't work. What link should I put in, the Direct URL, the HTML link, or what?

That says Supporters and above....you're trying to get me to donate, aren't you? 
When I'm in the editor, it shows the picture and the play button like it should, but when I post it just shows as above.

Yep, only staff can post HTML video's but I thought you should be able to embed video's from Youtube.
