So this SOPA/PIPA *DELETED* is going on all over the world, what will happen if the internet completely dies? Internet is the best invention in the whole world so far, yet USA wants to ruin all this.

Its not that the US wants to ruin the internet, its that the people who wrote the bills (namely, lawyers for the RIAA and the MPAA) don't understand how the internet works, or they expect the people who will vote on the laws don't understand how the internet works.
